  Super easy to order the labs I needed. I then went to the clinic to have my blood drawn and when I went to hand them my lab request (that I printed out at home) she said she didn’t need it. Walk-in-Labs had already sent it to them. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

  Walk in Lab is fine. The web site is clunky the two labs are strange. I thought I was going to the same lab I have the past but somehow booked a appointment with the other lab comipany in a lab across the street from the other walk lab company. The labs are great the opportunity is great The website seems to have almost no idea what im looking for. I have to search around to find the exact same tests I always get. Maybe be I’m missing something

  I have literally saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing my labs myself. I was just recently told about Walk-In Labs so I will end up saving thousands since I have to have labs done quite often.   Labs closed that appear to be open on the site; Quest says they won't accept doctors not in California. If you paid Labcorp and went to Quest, Quest makes you pay again. Enter code for an appointment, and the appointment is hundreds of miles from your ZIP code. All that being true, the STAFF in CUSTOMER SERVICE is extraordinarily and consistently very, very good. If I EVER actually get my appointment, I won't put myself through this again. Consider yourself warned, but I do hope my experience isn't the only outcome.

  Overall, an ease process ordering online, especially if you're a regular client. Some descriptions of the same tests vary depending on which panels are clicked. I appreciate the loyalty program & rewards. Links to scheduling appts at the labs aren't reliable unfortunately.
