Very easy to place an order. The order was immediately available for download. Four days later I needed to cancel the order. Per their policy I was given a refund, with no questions asked. The refund was credited to my payment source within 3-4 days. I have used Walk-In Lab 4 times in the past and will definitely use them in the future!

Walk-In Lab needs to stop having so many sales! They're just too good to pass up! Seriously though, this is a great thing, especially as I'm trying to monitor a couple of health parameters and want to have many more data points than I think I could ever convince my doctor to order for me. I have been using WalkInLab for several years as I stopped working to take care of my parents who were ill and had no insurance. With the stress of caring for elderly parents, I have had varying problems with my health. I was always trying to find a package that included all the labs at any given time, I say this in all honesty. I have never spoken to a representative at WalkInLab who wasn't the kindest, most professional, most patient representative of almost any facilities I deal with. It hurts my heart in a good way that when you're going through something, health issues, caring. For relatives, etc. To have these representatives treat you like the most valued customer is truly the best part of my day. I cannot say enough about the representatives at WalkInLab. I tell family members ,friends., Even strangers in the grocery store how wonderful all the aspects of WalkInLab are the best. I sincerely thank God for WalkInLab.

Sometimes it is hard to forge what tests- more specifically of there is a bundle which covers everything needed. Also, not all key works are the same. But once you get through figuring out is works pretty well. Results are very quick.

The actual service from Walk-In Labs was excellent: easy to accomplish and results were sent quickly. The package deal (discount) was great too. So why 3 stars? After sending me my medical results, they shared my contact info with another company called Verified Results. Why is this a problem? The fact that I used Walk-In Labs should remain private. The more the data is shared, the higher the chance of being stolen/sold. Once a hacker knows where to look, then they have a much greater chance at finding the data. In relation to health and medical data, a user's info (including contact info and even the fact they are a customer) SHOULD be protected and NOT SHARED with an outside company. - cybersecurity specialist and advocate for data protection

Walk-In-Lab eliminates the need to go to a doctor just to get the order for a test. This cuts out the doctor's attendant fees for doing next to nothing. I will continue to use Walk-In-Lab when needed.

I love the ability to “place” my own lab order. I saved money by not seeing a provider . Even with insurance, I still get billed additional invoice from facility. This is a great option to pay out of pocket
