It is so great that we don’t have to beg a doctor for a test we can just do it ourselves. Several years ago I asked a doctor for the first time for a test and she refused saying your fine.

Everything is simple. Costs are affordable. Notifications work well.. Would be nice if lab results could be compiled into a summary results list over time but suspect that would be not be feasible. Overall works great.

Very simple, sight explains labs well and the information is clear. Rates are very reasonable and at times promotional savings are running. When I have gone to get my labs done at quest, the walk-in-lab sight gets all my results up in my portal quickly. So thankful.

I have been using walk in lab for many years. Trying to get in to see a doctor these days can take 3 to 6 months. I have health insurance, but I pay out-of-pocket. You don’t need a referral, you don’t need a prescription. I like to take care of my own health. I prefer to go to a doctor if I need surgery, stitches or if I break a bone. Obviously, sometimes you need a doctor. Walk in lab Is a reliable reputable service. I will continue to use them.

Unusual situation, needed to speak to live person. Had scheduled test with Quest, which left me waiting >30 minutes after on-time check-in. Quest personnel brusque and too rushed to be interrupted for assistance. Had to return to work without getting the phlebotomy. Phoned Walk-In for assistance getting the test requisition changed from Quest to LabCorp so i could proceed with the alternative lab. Walk-In customer service was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Done Great 'can-do' attitude at Walk-In.

I am very satisfied with my overall experience with Walk in Lab's online orders. I was able to find a potential issue with one of my recent orders and by explaining my results with my doctor, I was finally able to be referred to a specialist. I can't imagine my doctor ordering the lab orders that I requested myself anytime soon which was why I decided to order lab orders for myself.

The staff in the clinic had no regard for the ears in the lobby and made several comments that were unprofessional and unwarranted. For example, I took the time to make the first available appointment of the day. When I arrived 3 minutes early, I was told they weren't ready. I asked when they'd be ready as I was a little bit early and the person in back said something akin to "she can reschedule, I just can't be expected to move this fast". I would have rescheduled if that had been necessary but my experience with the attitude in the place went down from there. I will do what I can to avoid this lab.

Overall I find the check in process inefficient, impersonal, unwelcoming. I have seen much difficulty using the mechanical device to check in while a human sits in a chair speaking directions to a patient with hearing difficulty making the process even more ineffective. I have seen employees standing still behind a counter while seemingly waiting for a patient while the patients are trying to help one another through the automated process of check in. This situation is offensive to a paying customer. Human interaction is integral to the business of business. The solution is to train your employees well including customer service, rather, especially customer service. You do not have a monopoly. All businesses who treat me like a valued customer will get my repeat business.

When scheduling the appointment, the lab locator feature wouldn’t work. So I called the phone number provided. The agent was so friendly and helpful. Apparently the hurricane in Louisiana, where they are located, affected the website. She had my appointment scheduled quickly for that same day. Labcorp already had my order when I arrived. The results were back in no time. As always, Walk-in Labs was awesome!
