I got my test kit super quick which is awesome ! Just would suggest a little more communication after the kit is shipped back. Like an email saying they’ve received it and keep me updated on when to expect the results :) that way I’m not checking my email constantly wondering. Other than that it’s been a good experience so far

I have already bought several tests here, which come out cheaper than in the laboratory itself. I have never had any problems with an order, I have always been accepted and served with this order. The only thing I don't really understand is why I need to print out the order sheet, if in the end they have information in the system. Several times I didn't have a printer nearby and I had to come without paper, but I was accepted anyway. The results always came to me the next day.

My bloodwork took 6 days to get back. When I purchased the website stated a 2 day turnaround. I had a time sensitive deadline to learn of my results and unfortunately the bloodwork took so long I had to stay in isolation for an extra 5 days. Would not use again.

Walk in lab is fast, website is easy to use and convenient. I love using them for all blood work request. They even fax my lab order directly to Quest diagnostics because I was unable to print it. I 100% recommend them, I take the same lab test at a cheaper cost and go back to my doctor and discuss my results. Pretty cool.
