The front desk had an empty chair that seemed to indicate the person assigned would soon return, That was not the case. Several people waited at the front desk only to be spoken with when someone came into the waiting area from the lab\s. They then told people to use the tablets over at the wall to check in. A simple sign at the front desk would avoid the customer's waste of time and would make the office more efficient. The wait was so long I missed the appointment time. Speaking of which, making an appointment is a waste of time. Whomever gets to the tablets first and signs in gets the next appointment.

The experience getting a blood test was very bad. I had an appointment and they kept me lining up an hour and a half and didn't tell that you have to manually email the test to the lab yourself (it doesn't go automatically), and the email has all these blocks so they can't get attachments. They let 20 or so walk-ins before me while I stood waiting and had to take hours off work, just to get it done. The overall experience is okay / good. Tests are expensive (Spent close to 1000 USD), for basic wellness checks like hormones and mold. The results were given very fast and not at all lost or anything like other reviews have said.
