It appears that Quest lab is no longer available? I only saw LabCorp available. Quest lab in Lancaster that I have used in the past was much nicer. The LabCorp is small and not as user friendly. Did not seem as clean as the Quest Lab

The lady doing the blood draw was kind but she couldn't get the blood out of an arm and it hurt. Then she did the other arm and bruised it. She could be more gentle.

In preparing for my appointment I realized a discrepancy between the WalkIn paperwork & the Lab’s confirmation and immediately dreaded making a call to sort it out b/c I didn’t have 30 minutes to spend on a call. However, I called anyway and to my amazement, navigating through the automated “selection” choices was simple, there was no hideous hould music, & I was immediately connected to an agent that had English as their first language. In a matter of a minute, they understood and provided several solutions to my concerns. Within a minute I had an updated order & invoice emailed to me as well as a gift certificate! Brilliant Customer Service! It’s how I’d run it if I had one! Thanks!

I cannot say enough about Walk-In Labs! When I know my docs are gaslighting me and full of bullpuckey again, this is my first stop. LOL! Labs are way cheaper than you will pay at your primary doctor's office during that horrible period when you are hitting your deductible, too. So if you need labs at the beginning of the year, but can't afford to pay hundreds - if not thousands - out of pocket at that moment, check Walk-In Labs.

I love that I can order labs and follow my health journey without a trip to the doctor. Walk-In labs is fabulous as they allow you to get blood work from Quest. LabCorp is not allowed in Maryland for "self testing".

It was so easy to order the test I needed. The results were quick. I was able to fax the results to my care team from within the site at no extra cost. And Best of All, I paid less for the test compared to the price I pay through my insurance. Plus I received a first time user discount. It was okay. The Lab Locator sent me to a lab that wouldn't do the testing for me. I had already done the urine portion and put it on ice, and was looking for a fasting blood draw, so I was desperate to find a new place that would help me out ASAP. Not happy their recommendation was false.

What an amazing service! It was simple, fast and we just ordered online through walkin. Once we received our receipts, we were able to click on a quest lab near our home. The lab experience was flawless. We received our info and my husband had a slightly elevated cholesterol level so we are adjusting lifestyle. And that's not what we went in for. The tests we did were flying colours perfect health. And then we learned of his cholesterol. Thank God.
