I had trouble with the labs and needed the orders switched. Walk-In Lab was great helping me get that done. Their doctor's "orders" are also easier to access/deal with than the end labs.

Cost of labs was less that 50% compared to Quest or Labcorp for fasting insulin, a1c and lipid panel. Chose Labcorp which does include vldl. Overall I would recommend for anyone paying out of pocket and trying to monitor metabolic health as I am.

This company is amazing!!! Discovering this has made my life so much easier. Easy print off labs or fax options. You can even use their site to fax your results to your own doctor. Their customer service is so quick and polite. They called me when I made an error on a lab order within minutes all on their own. I had to change some info and they answered and fixed the problem before I got called back at the lab. I tell everyone about this as it is so easy to use. I was able to see what was going on with my health quicker than my doctor could get me in. Most of the time I have my results the next morning when using labcorp option.
