  I like to keep tabs on my overall health and have been using Walk-in Labs for the past 11 years. My experiences with the lab have always been excellent and I can't praise them enough. Lab orders are received quickly after my order is placed, and customer service is great. Once I was even personally contacted by a nurse who notified me that I had inadvertently ordered two different tests that both tested for the same thing -- she helped me choose an alternative. And after visiting my chosen lab and having my blood drawn, I usually receive my results on the Walk-In Lab site the next day. I highly recommend this company.

  I thought I had ordered the test when I selected the test. Gave me a confirmation email as if I had Ordered the test. So I went to LabCorp and they had no order for me. Ordering the test was not seamless. And due to the email, I thought it was ordered.

  Melinda, If the test hadn't been for ACTH, I would never had even been concerned about the Order issue. But because the test specifically said the result could turn out high if you're stressed out. And the order issue did stress me out. So my ACTH result was very high so I'm not sure if the result was even valid.

  I see my doctor every month. If I want something addressed, I order my tests and bring the results with me. That way she can have more info to know what to do next. Saves a lot of time. Sometimes doctors don't want to order extra tests....just the basics. But, if you buy them yourself, you have more control over your health. The more info the better. Almost to the point where you don't need a doctor until you have a bad test result.

  Everything is great about ease of signing up for the tests. The service department is very helpful. My main complaint with Walk In Lab is how the results are presented. I wish they would not repeat the results of the tests they have already sent. It is hard to search through, at times, to find the new results as they come in.
