I find WalkinLab completely necessary in my life. My insurance is a joke so with nothing covered under the plan, using WalkIn to order, pay and receive blood work results has been pivotal in taking care of my health. The price are good and the sales make it even better when applicable.

I am so glad to have access to reasonably priced labs that I can access without a doctor visit. I have used Walkinlab numerous times now and the whole process is seamless. The last time I had labs ordered by my regular doctor I was told at the Quest lab that one of them was not covered by my insurance and would be over $300 to purchase there. I refused and went home to check the price at Walkinlab... $35. You are providing a wonderful service and value!

Answer by Dianne F.FlagThank you for replying to my review. Walkinlab makes using the site very easy. And, there are lots of tests available. I have used other sites, cause, for instance, Walkinlab does not provide the Troponin test. But, that is okay. The only suggestion I have, since there was a change in the site awhile back, is that when I choose a test to get more information, there used to be many other suggested tests -- those are no longer there. Yes, there are some, like three, that are suggested on the side -- I called Walkinlab and they said that is the new way of doing it; however, before, there were so many other tests suggested that made it easier to get more indepth tests for particular illnesses. So, now I Google what other tests I might get, and then see if Walkinlab offers them. Also, I need to call Walkinlab - and the girl is ALWAYS friendly and helpful - to find out if there is a way to see what tests I have had and when. For instance, when and did I ever have an A1c test done? I don't see anywhere to quickly access that info. I have to keep opening my results to see what I have had done. The nurse at LabCorp said she uses Walkinlab!!!! I couldn't believe it. She said there is a way to do what I am asking for, but I guess I need to call and get some help. Anyways, yes, I highly reccommend Walkinlab. Other sites I have used simply don't have the choices that Walkinlab has. Maybe some other place does, but why bother looking around?? I love it here. Have a good day. I always am happy when my results are good, too!!! lol

I was without insurance coverage but needed to check up on some of my numbers and both times I have used Walk-In-Lab the process was super easy, affordable, and I can always find a blood draw location near me (sometimes their site is missing a location but if you find one on the LabCorp site that's not listed you can still go there). The labs they partner with are clean and friendly! I plan to use them even now that I have insurance when I want a test that my doctor will not order.

Walk-in Lab has been trouble-free and so affordable for me. Last time, my doctor ordered one of my regular tests instead of me going through Walk-in Lab, and since I'm a self-pay patient, I was able to see the real difference in cost--when I didn't go through Walk-in-Lab, I paid three times as much! For the same test, with the bloodwork drawn at the same lab. Definitely recommending Walk-in-Lab to all my friends these days!

Affordable lab tests without having to jump through insurance hoops. A great way to take charge of your health. Quick and easy with swift results available online. Perfect for someone who can understand the results. Could be a bit confusing for those who don't have access to know how to interpret lab tests but each test will show the normal range and flag results that are out of range. I absolutely love this company. Verify the facts for yourself: call your doctor and ask the cost of these same tests if done at your doctor's office, if they will even tell you, you'll see they are a large multiple of what Walk-In-Lab charges. If you're like me and you have a high deductible, just give the money to Walk-In-Lab at a fraction of the cost! I have been working with them for years, and service has always been excellent.

I received my test results immediately, within a few minutes of when Laborp communicated the results to Walkinlab. This is a high level of service. Usually I get the results back the next day after a blood draw (if it is not Sunday), and most often before 10 in the morning. Labcorp can sometimes be slow in sending the results to Walkinlab, but there is never any delay in Walkinlab notifying me that they have received the results.

I never have any trouble with Walkinlab at all. Their customer service and prompt reports are excellent. I do have to note that since someone "improved" thier website it is now more confusing and harder to use.
