Results on preliminary test stated "blood volume collection was suboptimal. Consider recollection to improve recovery." I called customer service asking for a refund as this collection error was not a supply fault on my part. I was told that once the final results came in if that statement still existed we could look at it further. After the final result I was told there would be no refund, even though the final result displays the same statement. This is strictly a scheduling platform offering no true representation on the patient's behalf.

Given my diabetes and carnivore diet, I do labs a little more frequently than Medicare allows. Easy to order, prices are good. Las results came in 24hrs even though it verged on the weekend! Highly recommend.

Took some time to transfer doctor's rx order into the walk-in lab system, but various customer service reps were ALL very helpful and kind. I just wish that my lab results received could be compared more easily to previous results at LabCorp.

After you take lab test, you are like in a limbo. No information neither on lab website nor on walk in lab website. When results finally came in. I was trying to upload them on my phone and after I clicked notice button once, when I clicked final results the notice file would pop up. I cleared cache and cookies on my phone twice and it didn't help. I had to use my laptop to download the results

It make my life so much easier. Also, how they keep a record of all my testing so I have all the data I need at my finger tips. Very easy to use the site and make the appointments at the appropriate facilities. Results are also very quick. I will continue to use this for my routine blood work that I get done 2-3 times a year.

It was relatively easy to use. The prices were much more affordable than if purchased in the labs themselves. Step by step explanation was simple. Just the information on which labs did or not certain tests was incorrect when using Wlak In Labs on a computer, but correct when using it on the phone.

I needed my iron levels checked. My doctor's order hadn't arrived and I didn't have time to come back another day so while in the blood draw chair I pulled out my phone ordered the test on my phone and within about 20 seconds it was in the Labcorp system. For $25 I was able to save several hours of missed time and rescheduling. Got the results the next day!

This test was a bit of a hassle from the collection side of things regarding a perceived error where I had to redo the test (the collection site also had great communication letting me know immediately of the perceived error), and there was great communication from Walk In Labs.
