Was super grateful to find Walk-In Lab online, plus learn of their affiliation with Quest. I needed a test that would have been ridiculously expensive locally (we have no freestanding laboratories, only the local hospital lab), but was able to get it through WIL. Was absolutely worth the drive to Quest. For those with few local resources or poor insurance coverage, WIL is a great option.

Despite making an appointment I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen at the LabCorp on Gervais street in Columbia, SC. They were very unorganized and the front desk coordinator was rude and aggressive. The phlebotomist was fine. I was in and out in 2 minutes once she was able to draw my blood. Will not use LabCorp when deciding where to get my labs drawn.

I absolutely love being able to order my own blood work. It was life saving for me to be more specific. I had been misdiagnosed repeatedly by several doctors because I do not run fevers with infections. One of the doctors gave me a treatment that had caused my IgM to shut down futher making me much sicker. I eventually figured it out and did the lab work to show my doctors what was going on and I think now have enough documentation to prove to the manufacturer that their drug does create side effects which they will hopefully warn other doctors about to save others. I have CAEBV and had a secondary Canadiasis infection that I already have had treated. But to be honest, your prices have gotten way to high for what is provided and invites competition to start up.
