    UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL! 1st - The site is easy to navigate and scheduling the appointment after orders easy. 2nd - The lab technician was skilled, kind, and very personable. 3rd - The results were faster than I anticipated, and as there were some concerns I recieved a call from Walk In Labs to be sure I was following up with my health care provider. Excellent from start to finish! I highly recommend!

    Walk-in-lab is quick and easy to order. Results are also fast returns. I am waiting for my follow up with my PCP but believe that my most recent tests through Walk In Labs will provide answers I have been seeking for several years, but test pricing for a couple of labs wasn’t affordable until I found Walk In Labs.

    The website gave me the option to select quest diagnostics but when I go there they said they don’t accept walk in lab orders. Horrible experience. I hope I can give them negative star.

    First of all, you have to arrive early because the line starts forming outside the door from about 6:30 on. But if you’re there by 6:30 and get checked in, you could be in and out in under 10 minutes.

    Easy to order (no need to wait for your doctor's/test ordering physician's appointment to get an order for a test), but the results are delayed. The results are: (1) faxed to your doctor about three days after the test (so you end up still waiting for an available appointment with your doctor but paid five times more out of pocket for the test), and (2) about a week later posted In your Walk-in-Lab account. Such delay in receiving test results, unfortunately, made me to reconsider using Walk-in-Lab in a future. I would rather wait for an available appointment with the ordering physician and use my insurance to cover most of the test' cost. Thanks!

After reviewing your order, I confirmed that your test results were posted to your Walk-In Lab portal within 24 hours of collection. Please note that results are not automatically sent to your doctor unless specifically requested. However, you do have the option to securely fax your results to your physician directly through your Walk-In Lab portal. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We're here to help and want to ensure you're completely satisfied.     The results were NOT posted to Walk-in-Lab portal within 24 hours of collection - I was checking every day. However, the results were sent to my med provider 3 days after collection without me requesting it.

    It is super easy to order labs on the walk in lab website and I typically get the results within 24 hours. This last urinalysis had a problem with the container and I was contacted by a walk in lab representative who explained the problem to me and offered for me to re-do the urinalysis at no cost to me. Excellent customer serviced!!

    This was the easiest process. My egfr was 56 so I wanted to go to a different lab. I didn't have a doctor's order and someone told me about Walk in Labs. Great experience and my egfr was 74. I recommend highly.

    Walk In Lab has an easy to work with Web Site. Can search for blood test category and find all offering that meet my criteria. Can put together two tests for reasonable cost. They make it easy and cost effective to keep up with our blood test needs. Been using Walk In Lab for many years, finding them years ago because our test needs were lower cost than other sites. Rewards helps reduce cost, keeping us coming back every time. With their connection with LabCorp is a plus as LabCorp has a lab near us. Walk In Lab has a good History on our previous tests. Site feels secure.

    I love the service you provide!! I'm on Medicare and my insurance doesn't cover unique tests that tell more than what Doctors generally order. I'm healthy as a result of knowing what tests really tell you important information and I love being able to access these tests here on Walk-in Lab!!!!     Zero acknowledgment of my presence. There was only 1 person ahead of me so l felt hopeful. However the flashing electronic board stated 8 people would arrive within 30 minutes. It appeared that 2 staff were bustling around yet never bothered to look into the waiting room. Disappointed I left.

    I took advantage of a recent discount being offered by walk in labs to check my vitamin D levels. It's important to monitor vitamin D levels when supplementing because it's not good if they get too high. I really like being able to order these tests myself.     Hi Whitney, I'm sorry that you had a difficult blood draw. I can file a formal complaint with the lab you went into for testing. We are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for our blood draws. However, we are a seperate enitity. Yes you can try a different lab location in the future in your area.
