My experience was great. It was quick and the gal (forgot her name), was at the front desk and then who took my blood. She was really sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Darn, wish I could remember her name. She and I had a very wonderful heartfelt moment and hugged each other. She had lost her mom recently and I had lost my sweetheart in July and was coming up to 1 yr. Since his passing. It's wonderful to have people care and not just treat you like cattle. Great place. Before this date... I had come in (my 1st time), and didn't have a clue what to do. I wanted some blood tests done to see whe I was at health wise (for myself) and I I needed to go to a Dr. (as I like to do things more naturally). You go on line and fill out what you need etc. And I didn't know how to go about this (I'm not very computer savvy). There was a young lady there named Sky, who said... I'll help you. She not only set down and took the time to help me sign up etc. but found the best set of test at a reasonable price. She was Amazing!!!! Thank you so much Sky. She also took my blood. The 2 times I've been there, it wasn't very busy and everyone was so kind. I highly recommend you go there if you are needing and tests done.

I have all my lab work done at LabCorp. I go to the location in Mira Mesa on Activity Rd. All the employees are friendly and caring. The phlebotomists are always gentle and I never have a bruise after my blood is drawn. The facility is clean and conveniently located and I am always taken back with almost no wait time. If you need to have lab tests done - this is the place to do it!

I rely on Walk-in Lab's service. Their website has so much information. I get the results within two days. I can share it with my doctors if I want but don't have to. Very affordable, I save money and time by not having to get the test at the doctor's office. Paying a copay for the test and again to the results. It helps me stay in charge of my health. I recommend browsing their website and check their test and prices.

This site has helped me diagnose my mystery illness, when no doctors would ever follow up on blood tests. I'm furious that I have something serious that showed up on previous bloodwork ordered by a doctor, who never told me anything or followed up on it. This site may have saved my life. I'm taking charge now of my own health. I can't depend on doctors.

Walk In Lab is my go to for my lab test. The Customer Service and results department are incredibly responsive. Even when I’ve ordered some tests , had blood drawn and then added a test the next day so they can use the same specimen. Walk In Lab does a great job at reaching out to Labcorp to transmit any type of communication and also to clear up any results that may need to be revised by Labcorp or if they have not been received.

Ordering was easy...the rest not so impressive. I took this same test 1 month ago and it took 3 business days to get results, but I used a different company to order through. I has been over 7 business days and all I have gotten is 2 emails and 1 phone call telling me they have not gotten my collection yet...when I tell them the date of collection they change their words to "the results aren't ready yet". I had to ask them to stop emailing and calling with misinformation. I complained about the length of time a 4 day promised return has turned into over 7 days. Unfortunately I would rather pay more and get my results in a timely manner in which it's promised.

For the Nutreval test you are required to register. Specific fields are asked for, these do not align with with was supplied by your company or what is on the Nutreval box. This is not a hard thing to actually do correctly. Tried plugging in various fields with no success. A call should resolve but it shouldn't be this hard.

Laura set the bar so HIGH for future customer service experience- she could and should be the poster child for customer service. She was friendly, polite, patient, SO efficient and kept her word. She answered ALL the questions I had regarding labwork and pricing and then offered to send me a quote since I had over 15 labs I wanted drawn. She told me she would need about an hour and within an hour I was emailed a quote. When I called back to say I had found a cheaper quote she compared what I was told and then price matched as promised. I used the "lab locator" on their website and wrongly assumed that just because it listed Quest and LabCorp, I could go there to get my blood drawn. This was not the case. I tried both places and each one refused to draw my blood because they had never heard of the test I ordered, it was not their test, and the doctor ordering it was from out of state. To make matters worse, I had already collected my urine sample the day prior to my blood draw appointment. The blood and urine were supposed to be collected with two days of one another. I had to wait a week to get my blood drawn at my doctor and just hope the urine sample I sent off was still viable. I emailed the Walkinlab customer service team twice about this issue and never heard back. Labcorp said they do not draw blood for ANY Genova Diagnostic tests, yet this website says they do so for all 34 they sell. Very misleading.

My issue preventing me from giving a higher rating was the confusion factor between Walk in Labs and Quest Labs. The two aren't on the same page. I requested the Quest Lab location near Deerwood Park but they assigned me to University. I attempted to get my point across to the nurse but she was very disagreeable. She was a good sticker but she needs to learn to get along with customers.
