Easy to order tests. Ordered three, of which the results for two came the next day. Took a week for results of the 3rd test, which may be a Lab Corp issue. A duplicate WalkIn Lab "pending" charge remained on my credit card for ~10 days before dropping off.

It is wonderful to be able to privately have testing that may confirm or rule out things when doctors are unaware or unable to seek testing. Very helpful when seeking second opinions, to be able to say to a second opinion doctor you are trying to be seen with, "My doctor said it could not be X, and would not test for it, but I have this test from WalkInLab that confirms X absolutely, so may I consult with you?" Also, conversely, good for peace of mind to rule out certain conditions.

I think I was overcharged for each test. I ordered two tests but the value of the first test was provided as part of the values on the second test. I received a single test report from Quest, so I believe they only ran the second test (since there was no need to run the first test). However, I was billed for each test. This occurred multiple times (I wasn't paying enough attention) and the ordering system didn't flag it.

I like how fast the order is completed in the same day and how soon I receive the results - usually the next day or second day depending on the test. I also like that a letter that accompanies the results when a result shows abnormal. That gets my attention - mostly verifies what I already knew. I like that I don't have to wait as long as I do for my primary care physician when she or he decides a blood test should be done sometimes after the visit. I intend to keep using Walk-In Lab.

Sooo difficult to make an appointment, just AI ring around. No live customer service. Website iffy most days. Excellent clinical staff after getting the hard won appointment. Walk in a bogus concept as there are scheduled visits all day.

There was great service at the lab itself. The online registration and ordering was very confusing and took a lot of time. However once the online registration and ordering was done, the lab and the people were so nice and quick that I would recommend highly.

Great easy way to get bloodwork done and have the results without waiting months to see a Dr. And HOPEFULLY get them to listen to you to order labs. I suspected I had some autoimmune issues going on and these labs proved it without a doubt. Was able to show my Dr. And get a referral to a rheumatologist right away. The customer service on the phone was good but it was very difficult to locate a lab that would do the draw. A little more direction would have saved me many trips. Also, FedEx would not pick up the package the same day, so I had to keep the kit in the fridge. I hope that didn't create a problem.

I'm so glad this option exists! I see several specialists, and one of them did a great job ordering a lot of essential tests. However, she left out some tests I felt were important, and refused to order them. Because of that, I ordered those tests because I deemed them medically necessary and important. I believe in being proactive and taking charge of our health, and monitoring things before things get worse or become an actual problem. The process of ordering the tests were super easy and convenient. The actual appointment at the lab was just five minutes. I was impressed with how quick and hassle-free it was. Plus, I received my results the very next day. I’m very happy this option is available for proactive patients like me who want to take control of their health!

My lab request form was sent to my lab by corporate office because I didn't have a way to copy it.My date of birth was off 3rd instead of 4th on my form. I ask corporate when I was speaking to them to correct and they advised they did correct to the 4th on day prior to arrival. I arrived at my lab and they couldn't find my lab form. I advised that corporate had sent it over to them. They advised they didn't have it and left me on a small cell phone to correct the problem instead of helping me on their computer, I was finally able to get corporate to speak to them on my phone to locate the form which had wrong birthday still on my profile.

I especially like the Walgreens clinic. However, the on behind Mall of America. Seemed to handle my drop off urine sample well. It was much busier in the lab and clients were challenged in knowing how to use the kiosk. Perhaps due to their mother tongue not an option for them to choose from?
