  My dr did not respond to me asking for follow up and alpha gal testing after an er visit for 4 business days, so I scheduled myself at the walk in lab and I am so glad I did because I was positive!

  Had a problem with the website. Something about new software I think. Got charged more than once. They did get the problem resolve though.   It's very simple. Used Walk-In lab many times and totally comfortable, easy to use to get the required tests done either at Quest or LabCorp Diagnostics. Even the results were also quicker and received them 1 day after collecting my blood sample. Thank you Walk-In lab.

  The process to select a test and make an appointment was a little confusing, I recall being on one site to choose the test, then being transferred to a different site to make the appointment. WRT order processing the system worked fine, confirming what I had bought and the appointment details.

  This lab probably saved my life. Wow! Thanks for Walk-in-lab that this test was available as I was able to confirm my suspicion of a health issue. I will now be able to take the result to my doctor with proof. This truly helps avoid wasting time searching for a diagnosis or the cause of a health issue. If you suspect a particular health issue from doing your own research, than do the appropriate lab test before visiting that particular type of doctor. I think everyone should use Walk-in-lab to monitor their health, it truly can save your life.

  While the waiting room was crowded, and they ran about 45 minutes late on appointments, once seen, the service was professional, and results were provided very promptly. No issues whatsoever. I found the overall experience to be pretty seamless and easy - and the care was excellent.

  I enjoy having the ability to keep up with my health by having access to different blood tests. They always have sales and a reward program that enables you to save even more which in this economy is always a plus in my book especially when it comes to your health what else is more important ? What makes it even better is the ability to go to quest diagnostics which are everywhere in my area. You even can fax the results right to your doctor’s office. What can be easier honestly I want to thank you walk in labs for streamlining this process.

  I placed two orders that day. As usual, the process was fast and clear. In a few minutes I was able to download (PDF) and print orders, invoices and lab orders. Besides, confirmation emails from Walk-In Lab and payment notices from my bank were received at the same time. Just perfect! What is not convenient for me - during the order placement process I had to write in the exact lab with address where I intended to take test. Why? I am not sure if it could be changed later.

  Experience was seamless. I received my orders immediately. I made an appointment with Quest. I actually went to Quest with an order from my doctor and from walk-in labs. They did both at the same time. I got my results within two days. I will definitely use walk-in labs again.

  My lab was handled very efficiently and the price was good too. Got a great discount and points. Am able to handle my health better with the help of Walk-in-lab's assistance.   I went to quest diagnostics to get a lab done and they told me almost $300 the lady knew I did not have medical so she told me about ordering the test online and I found you guys walk in labs and I was able to get the test for $50 I couldn't even believe it I thought it was a scam nope sure enough went in immediately to get my blood work done forever grateful!!!
