    Walking labs has always been very helpful. It is easy to get someone on the phone if you have any trouble. I had a bad experience with the lab to do the testing this time, but that was no fault of walk-in lab.

    The phlebotomist made this a very pleasant experience. I also appreciated being able to walk in and be seen in a relatively short time. (I tried to make an appointment but they were booked for weeks.) The only thing I’d change is that there needs to be a new check in kiosk at this location. The one they have is touchy.

Unfortunately LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics aren't contracted to draw for test kits and we don't have the requisitions available to fax to a specific lab.     I wanted a couple of quick, basic tests and wanted to get them while I was actively having a particular symptom, and while my doctor's office is pretty good and often willing to accommodate, I knew that by the time I went through that whole process that it would be several days, if not a week or more later, and the symptom of interest would be gone by then (I know the general pattern). Having the ability to order a test at a decent price and get out to the lab the very same afternoon is very helpful!

    I needed to make some changes to the order I purchased. Customer service was prompt and helpful and got everything set for me. I got my results in about 24 hours, which was faster than I expected. I used Walk-In Lab because it was a more affordable way to get the same tests my doctor had ordered for me. This was the first time I had used them, and I was nervous that the lab would refuse the paperwork or charge me, etc. But all I had to do was hand them the order and everything went as expected. It was a good experience.

    I find using walk in labs excellent. This is the first time I’ve used the walk in lab test and I was very happy with results. Another words my results were sent to me on line so quickly, I was surprised at how soon I received the results. And so easy to use this on line lab.     Thank you , I gave a truthful feedback and was really happy that the walk in lab offers so many different tests. Some of these tests have been very well thought out on the type of information people are looking to have in order to evaluate their health on their own without using a doctor.     Walk-In-Lab is great; always reliable and efficient. They immediately provide a digital order with all relevant details. Furthermore, it has been invaluable in terms of being able to use abnormal labs to advocate for myself when dealing with my HMO healthcare providers. Prices are great, and they frequently offer discount promo codes. Additionally, they have a points reward system that seems to add up pretty quickly, allowing for a $20 discount on a few lab orders this past year. Result turnaround times are reasonable and comparable to labs done through my healthcare provider; this also depends on type of assay and processing speed of chosen lab(Quest or LabCorp).

    This service is literally a life saver.     The page didn't work properly for me. Didn't show a receipt after I paid. Took me to a page to select my insurance. But I selected paying NY credit card. This put a delay in me getting my test. I had to go back and do it over again.

    I highly recommend to use this company if you care to understand what is really happening to your body. Doctors very rarely have clear answer how to fix your health. In many cases they have nothing but heavy meds. You need start with correct tests, and results might be something that you completely don't expect. Sooner you know the truth, faster you can recover.
