Quick and easy, and very reasonably priced, plus it is a reputable company. FAST results even that day!!! I greatly appreciate being able to get blood tests to help either diagnose or rule out courses of action. These labs and the ability to be tested are a godsend to people like me who are trying to diagnose medical issues that doctors keep saying are just in your head.

Walk-In Lab is a great service. I find the website easy to use. I like the way I can view my results over time. I take my test results with me when I go to my doctor. My doctors really appreciate seeing these tests. They always want to put them in my file. I've been using Walk-In Labs for several years. With my regular testing from my doctors, being able to order my own blood tests through Walk-In Labs is important to helping me manage my health.

The check in is slow since mostly patients need to login by themself thru the patient check-in kiosk instead the represantuve who used to help us checking in. Patients are not familiar with the check-in kios, it takes so long to register and hold up the process for others to check-in!!! Very inefficient process!!

Lab corp made an error in processing my order. There were two orders, but only one was reported back in the results. When I checked in with walk in lab, they quickly figured out what happened and was able to ask lab Corp to process the second order too. It wasn't too late, since they had the vial - apparently they keep it for a week or so, and for this test a few days past blood work was still ok. I thought the walk in lab customer service was really good about helping me.

With regard to the results processing, I was completely dissatisfied. The wait for results was much longer than is standard. All i heard was, “There are processing delays.”’ Yes, no kidding. I don’t not trust the results. They are far out of mine with past results. Complete waste of my own money.

My experience ordering lab tests and getting results was very easy. I decided the tests I wanted online, ordered them and paid for them. I then picked the closest lab draw location and made an appointment. The staff was all very nice. Within 1-3 days I had all my results. It was all very easy. I have used the Walk-in Lab multiple times before and will continue to use them. Any abnormal labs I take to my PCP.
