My email disappeared after the electricity was off times 5 days. I had used your services a 1 1/2 years before so i was unable to log in. I call multiple numbers to resolve the issue and kept getting the "loop effect." However, one employee in customer service was rude when i told her I had done what she was telling me to do twice before. She interrupted me and stated she knew what she was doing and kept telling me the same thing. Your headings on the Internet either need to be updated on exactly how they can help.

I did NOT understand that Walkinlabs.com and Labcorp are not related. If i understand correctly now, you book and get your report at walkinlabs. Labcorp does the test. This misunderstanding caused me confusion and a waste of time. But i guess i cannot fully blame that on Walkinlabs. Had i understood that, i would say Walkinlabs was quite good.

Answer by PAUL N.FlagYes, my wife and I both switched from Personal Labs initially as they had reduced their menu of tests and Elizabeth could no longer obtain on their site. We both signed up and tested. The only complaint was that when we made the orders (i do both for myself and Elizabeth) I clicked on the buttons to enroll for this order and assumed that the points would then be accumulated on our separate accounts. My enrollment worked but Elizabeth was not enrolled. I understand that has now been corrected for the recent order and points will be posted after the lab results are downloaded; however, Elizabeth was not happy to have lost the benefit of the points for the earlier lab tests.

This was my first time working with Walk-in labs and the experience is super positive. I used their website to order the test I needed and then booked an appointment with Quest lab. I received a lot of communications from Walk-in labs to guide me though the whole process. The say of my appointment the process was easy without any issues. My results were available in 3 days. Buying a TB blood test from Walk-In-Lab was quick and easy and less expensive than buying one from Quest directly. The best part was being able to talk to a live person when we had any questions. And we got my husband's results from them too.
