    I am not able to find a lab to draw the blood. The company said go to any hospital but my local hospital won't draw without an order from one of their physicians I may have to pay over $200 extra to get a phlebotomist to come to my home. The customer service was terrible

    HIi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback. I see that you purchased a Genova Diagnostics test kit through our service. You would use our Hospital locator to find a location for your blood draw as LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics aren’t contracted to draw for test kits. I have included the link below. https://www.hospitalsineachstate.com/find-nearest-hospital/ Genova Diagnostics test kits are shipped directly from Genova and they will have an activation card that comes with the kit. You should be able to use this to print out your requisition form online. The cost for the blood draw will vary depending on where the blood draw is done. You can reach out to the locations ahead of time to see what their costs are for the blood draw. I apologize for any confusion regarding your test kit.     Great experience! Lower cost than what quest was charging if you go directly through them and I still got my blood taken at quest like I would if I had. Lab results were easy to access a few days after - walkinlab sent me an email saying they’re ready with a link to access/download a pdf of them.

    So easy to place order and so much less expensive than direct scheduling through Quest or LabCorp. I was skeptical that this could really be true to save more than 50% by going through a third party to schedule a test at the same place I could schedule direct. But it was smooth and worked without issue.

    Easy to order. I chose a different lab upon ordering than I did in the past. It took forever to schedule an appointment so it was easy to access the chat feature online and have the lab switched in order re-ordered a different lab I knew I could get it too quicker

    Everything is great. Always had positive experiences walk in labs the last 8 years, and the phlebotomy lab they contact with. I so wish, there was an asterisk, or note, that I should’ve fasted before my test. As I didn’t know, and it affected one part of my test.

    Getting ready to head off to the lab right after I send this to get my ferritin checked with an order that I got on sale last spring. As a frequent blood donor, I need to keep abreast of more than just hemoglobin, but getting a doctor to allow me to test ferritin more than once a year has met with little success. Through Walk-In-Lab, the test is cheap, as are iron supplements, so keeping up with my iron stores and knowing when I need to add more back in to make up for what's going out is a breeze.

    I was very impressed with how easy it was to select the correct labs, get my order printed out, go to the lab, and then get my lab results. The entire process (including the blood draw) was completely painless. If I had known about this sooner, I would have taken advantage of it much earlier. The ONLY drawback was the wait time at the lab, which is understandable considering I went in the morning and didn't have an appointment.

    Our mother is in assisted living and we needed to get some testing done for her. The medical group serving her community lost her labs three times. Yes, you read that right, three times. We were desperate to find out what was happening with her, so I searched online to see if there was a customer pay option and that's how I found Walk-in-Lab. I recognized LabCorp and Quest as two reputable lab partners, so my brothers and I decided to give it a try. The process was incredibly easy and very well explained. The cost was reasonable and best of all, the results came back quickly.

    I enjoy these sales and the opportunities they offer to keep up my current health issues. As open as my doctor is to considering my suggestions for different tests, sometimes it's easier to "go it on my own" when I want to take a look in a different direction and not have to try and make a whole separate case for doing so.
