I was able to do a sensitive estrodial test since my medical oncologist ran the cheap test that only showed <15, which is what all post menopausal woman usually are. So to see my actual results are <2.5 my ability to do this test made up my mind about taking AI after breast cancer. So glad they offer all the tests I needed!

Order processing is good, but our lab ended their contract and is no longer available. It still shows as available when you order the test, but when you call for an appointment they tell you they wont pull it. Had to drive 2 hours to the next closest lab.

Another positive, but this time, quite unique experience for me. So, I'd ordered a couple of tests during a sale several weeks back, and I'd chosen Quest as the lab. I decided that it was time to go and get that done, so I went onto Quest's website to schedule an appointment, only to find that the site had been permanently closed. The next "closest" site, if you can call it that, was over 30 miles away in another city and county. Since this was a Quest requisition, it put me in a bit of a tough situation. I'd found this out in the evening, and I used Walk-In-Lab's "Email Us" contact form on their site to ask for help. I do have a Labcorp site in town that I've used before and that I knew was still there, so I asked if I could somehow get the Quest requisition canceled and a Labcorp on issued in its place. I thought I might have to pay a small cancellation fee and/or wait a few days to get this all done, and I was willing to accept this. But first thing the following morning, I received a reply back from W-I-L staff, simply asking me to verify a couple of things, which I did, and just a couple minutes later, I had a newly reissued requisition for Labcorp waiting for me in my account, that I used successfully to get my tests done just a few days later. To say that I thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of the assistance that I received would be an understatement!

I can't say enough good things about this service. The ordering was easy, The prices were very reasonable and the collection was almost painless, lol. I like that you can make appointments online and the results were available the next day. I even had the option of faxing results to the provider. The only downfall is that they don't take insurance. I tried submitting my own claim and after several attempts I just gave up. I had a doctors script for the labs but it was too difficult to get the insurance people to understand. I just wanted the $$ to come off my deductible but even without that, the pricing is still so much more reasonable. it's a no brainer if you have a high deductible to meet and know you probably won't meet it.

The process to sign up online was easy, and using it at Walgreens was seamless, and cheaper than ordering the labs directly from Walgreens or CVS. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I ordered it from my phone, and while they have the names of the labs, there doesn't seem to be an easy and connected way to see what exactly is included, and what your results will look like... I ordered the estrogen test assuming that I would get not only the total estrogen, but also the reading for the estradiol, but it did not give me the latter, so it was just a waste of time and money for me and I had to go back and get a different test.

Extremely impressed with how simple this process was! Printed out the lab order, gave it to them at check in, no questions or issues at all, they took my blood, I left. 2 days later, I was able to print out my detailed results. I unfortunately thought it would be this easy doing other blood panels from similar ads & have found that is NOT the case. Save your money, use Walk-in Lab … even if it is a few dollars more on some things … trust me, it’s not worth the trouble you will go through using other companies! I will only be using Walk-in Labs from now on. And no, I am not a fake review … I rarely post anything on my experiences but I could not be more satisfied with this service & hopefully can save someone else the frustration and time choosing anywhere else 😉 A

The wait time was incredibly long although I’d booked an appointment. One of the staff members left early increasing wait time. If you need a copy of the order via email/fax, let customers know pre appointment so it’s not wasting my time because your servers are down. Bad experience overall.

I find the menu easy to use and this time I needed some oddball tests and the search function helped me find them. I found a wellness package that included what I needed cheaper than individual tests. I like that I can see what I ordered last time and choose to repeat any of those. Also nice that I can save tests for consideration later. It is professionally managed and always works and provides immediate feedback. Then I get immediate email confirmation and reminder texts and then the results are really fast for most tests.

Really happy with the thoroughness of the results and appreciate how clearly they're explained, along with supplement recommendations specific to my situation. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the test descriptions are a little vague, and I thought this would be a blood test that also measured my homocysteine levels. I was surprised to receive only the genetic buccal swab. But I'm happy with the testing process and the valuable information I received.

I have used walk-in-lab to get my blood work in between my doctors appointments for 5 years now and am very happy with the process , You just simply scroll through the many different labs that are offered and select what labs you want to purchase and pay checkout . You can even schedule your appointment at your nearest quest or lab Corp facility . The prices are fair and sometimes cheaper than my co-pay if I use my insurance . I find this service both convenient and easy to schedule .
