Walk-in labs declined my first review because it wasn’t favorable. My experience was not positive as I was not informed prior to my purchase that lab results cannot be added to Labcorp’s patient portal. This was important to me because I want all of my historical labs to be found in one place so trends can easily osbserved.

Scheduled online, so minimal wait of about 5-10 mins. The check-in computer didn't work as advertised with the QR code, but did work with personal info. The phlebotomy was quick and on point. Everything was clean and smooth, no complaints. Writing this only because I got an email from this "verified reviews" asking to rate the experience and I am most happy with, especially as compared to my PCP blood work, the walk-in lab tests. Yes, I pay upfront in cash, but it's quick, convenient, doesn't require a referral, reasonable price, no strings attached and I don't have to argue with anyone. Walk-in lab just uses Quest and Labcorp locations for test collection. Moreover, I suspect that my PCP tampers with tests, which is why I went to walk-in lab for second opinion and my suspicions were confirmed, I don't trust my PCP anymore, thank you walk-in labs. Wake up America, healthcare in this country is business most and foremost and this dirty business benefits the most from chronically ill patients who have to be on something at all times.

Quick response. Good turnaround time for results. My only concern is that I sent the results via fax to my doctor's office but they never received it. There's no way to tell on the lab website if the fax was indeed received. I learned that it had not been received until I called the doctor's office the following day. I sent the result myself via a pdf file to the doctor's email. By the time I had my appointment, they had the results. No harm done. Just a minor inconvenience. Doesn't take away from the positive sides of using this site to order tests.

Actually easier to order lab thru WIL than thru the lab companies. It’s easier to find the tests needed and compare when needed. And knowing what updated labs I need for monitoring, I just order myself and have an update sent to my doc - I saved the ofc fee and the time going. Recently I needed lab to help figure out, & eliminate, a problem. Insurance wouldn’t cover “investigative lab work” and wouldn’t pay in full & said my portion would be 25% of ‘retail’ total. I ordered myself thru WIL and paid less than 25% of the what my 25% would have been. Eliminated a lot of “could be”, reducing stress by knowing. I’ve used WIL for years now and will continue. Highly recommend.
