  I would love to give a proper review of the clothing,however the delivery service that Vero Moda employs did not follow delivery instructions and my items never made it to me as they were stolen. I've only received runaround from both parties, while they still have my money and I didn't receive the clothing. Used to be a loyal customer until this experience.

  This was my first purchase and I had to return most of the stuff. One pants which I sent back were on final sale, which I didn’t noticed and customer support refused to gave me my money back. They didn’t gave me any store credit or discounts either. I’ll never purchase anything from this company again.

  Delivery was a bit slow. Navigation through the site is pretty easy and straightforward. Product is good, thought the material used on the dress could be a lot softer like chiffon but it’s not that bad. It’s still a nice dress.

  Excellent website. I was so glad I was still able to buy my favourite items like the Vero Moda Maxi dresses off of their website since I dont have any of their stores near me.   I never received my order, although it said it was delivered. I got in contact with customer service and was told they would have a resolution for me in 15 business days. The fifteen days came and went. I contacted them again just following up and received a passive aggressive email in return. It's been well over a month now and still no resolution. Kind of disappointed as I've shopped before with no problems. The items I bought were a gift to myself for getting into nursing school, but I doubt I'll ever see them, or get my money back.

  Clothes are usually nice for the price, but this round, after I ordered, literally a few days later, everything went on huge sale. I called to ask for a price adjustment which is possible in store. Refused and asked to send back at my own cost and reorder. Not customer service where I come from!! The clothes were not worn so really we should be able to return to store vs shipping cost etc!

  I tried to place this order twice. The first time I got 5 emails showing an order was created, however they never went through after confirming with your customer service. The second time it went through. After not receiving an update 2 weeks after placing my order I emailed your customer service and the order was never picked up. The customer service rep. who responded was kind enough to offer to match the prices of the items should I choose to re-order and offered me a discount I have not yet used. If it's even still valid.

  The return service was horrible. I returned a dress because it didn’t fit right AND because it was stained when I recieved it. I didn’t get a refund because it was stained, even if I recieved the item damaged. I then asked to get the dress back because I paid for it and have not heard from you since. Be carefull if you have to return an item, I’m really disapointed with the service.

  I’m sorry I didn’t saw that in the first place, things would have been much easier. Now I paid for a damaged dress that you don’t want to refund or send back. That is a problem for me. If you refuse to refund the dress, the least you can do is send it back to me so I can wash it and try to sell it. It is not ok for you to keep the dress I paid.

  The merchandise was intact, and the delivery was fast and efficient. However, they delivered the box without ringing door bell, and if it had not been for my neighbor who saw the delivery and advised me, they would have left the box in front of my door in my driveway, for everybody to see. This situation is not only yours, and it creates wastes of material and double shipment from which you are loosing too. Of course someone else steels it and uses it, but it creates over consumption, and for being and environmental friendly company as you claim to be, it should ring a bell to your customer satisfaction department and owners, to have a company that if you are not there when they ring the bell (they would be obliged to ring your bell) they leave a carton to pick it up at their outlet. UPS do this and FeDex do this. At the rate everybody is ordering on line now a day, you would probably get a very good price for these kind of delivery companies. They take picture of the box in front of your address, but that does not prove you actually got the package. My daughter ordered $400 worth of clothes from a company, they left it outside her door when she was not there, and someone took it. They had to replace $400 worth of clothes !! This does not make sense. Thank you for reading me.

  Actually it has not been resolved so please stop the lies. Since the 24th I have been sending emails about my refund to Charlotte C and she is not bothering responding to me. It will be resolved when I see my refund on my card and satisfied that I don't have to deal with you guys ever again. The experience has been the worst I have ever have to go through. I have checked my junk too.
