  My order was shipped and arrived fairly quickly. Tracking was available and the packaging was good. The only thing I’d say isn’t great is that I’ve had the coat I ordered for a month, hardly worn it and the stitching has come apart on the zipper at the bottom. That is disappointing considering the price of the coat.

  Shipping costs are a little high. Nice selection, however. Not quite sure why they have a category that is "t-shirts" instead of "tops." Just a minor semantical qualm. I'm not crazy about the fact that they add viscose to all of their pants as it tends to collect fluff and dander, but that is a personal preference.

  I had chosen to return 2 items but was advised wrongly of my return amount and asked to follow the return steps. After shipping I was told I'd be getting a lower amount. Despite several attempts to resolve with Vero Moda customer service I was disregarded and ignored. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth with regards to your store.

As I missed my delivery, the products I bought were sent back to the distribution center in 3 different shipments. Only 1 of them has made it back to the store and the 2 others are still in transit as of december 2nd ....we are now a month and a half after my purshase.

  I'm American and since moving to Canada for grad school I've become much more interested in wearing european style clothes, which lucky me the Québécois bring over to North America. veromoda.com (rather than .ca) has put a hold on shipping to the US during the pandemic on their site so I'm glad I'm still here in Canada able to check out these online deals. I have a very curvy shape, I'm a size 10 but have a very ample behind, and I'm 5'4" so I'm on the border with petite. I didn't wear jeans for years because I simply hated trying on over and over and having the awful back gap or sizes not fitting my behind or being too long. Vero moda offers multiple lengths of jeans and they are made of high quality denim at a price any grad student would adore. Trendy cuts that actually fit my body. Skinny, straight, wide leg, rips, many colors, and classic wardrobe essentials for building outfits. Vero Moda also has an amazing return policy on non-final sale items. This is now the only place where I buy jeans.

  The items were cheaper the next day, yet my request to cancel the order so I could reorder them at the cheaper amount was denied despite the fact that it was less than 24 hours from when I had ordered them and weeks before I received them. Extremely poor service overall.

  The skirt I ordered will not loosen up and dewrinkle, which is disappointing. I've tried all safe methods on the item and it's still crumpled looking. The shipping was fast but untrackable so while most of my items were fantastic, the spotty shipping and the spoiled skirt dampened my experience. I will still consder future orders though but will pick my items differently for online vs. instore shopping. This is slightly inconvenient because I'd picked online ordering as a safer option to begin with.

  Pending on the piece, the quality is now questionable with this brand. They must have a new manufacturing company because they’ve gone down hill. I’m disappointed because this is my main spot for shopping but I’m not sure it’s worth the money anymore. Quality is what I look for in a piece of clothing and it’s not equivalent to a year ago anymore. Also, customer service is cheap and doesn’t want to fix things, 0%

Needed to write in and ask for either instructions in English or to send a return slip. Once I connected this process happened quickly. Return processed quickly to my visa.   The cream colored top was see-through. the fabric was so thin. The skirt fabric was very bulky and thick- you couldnt tell this from the pictures. When i wear it - it looks like I have gained 10 pounds- not flattering at all.
