  Stylish, warm coat, feels like you're snuggled into a sleeping bag but without looking like you're wearing a sleeping bag. Great hood and colour. The olive colour shows stains, but I haven't tried cleaning it yet so hopefully, they come out just as easily. When the coat first arrived it shed fibres from the lining onto my clothes but that seems to have resolved quickly.

  I sent a return for this coat on Feb 1st as it was too big. I have yet to receive any tracking information, or a refund for my return. Every time I reach out to customer service, they tell me they are waiting for the shipping information from Purolator. I think it is safe to assume after a month that my return has been lost, yet I am not hopeful that I will ever receive my refund.

  I found out about the brand fairly recently and started shopping online fairly recently as well so I've had both good and bad experiences buying this way! for me what matters the most is the accuracy between what's shown on the website and the real products that you receive. Another important thing is the customer service, communication, and ease of purchase and return/exchange policies and procedures. I've purchased on sites where for example they take too long or won't even answer your e-mails at all! even some cases where the seller makes you pay for return/exchange charges even when you've paid full price of the garments! It is not the case with Vero Moda, they've been prompt to inform me about order confirmations, shipping, and even support when I had to request a return. Shipping is been easy and reliable and it seems that returns are the same! I am super happy with everything about the brand and I will be buying here for life!

  I ordered from your website a dress that I was supposed to wear this Friday. I was checking online to see where my dress arrive. They were saying it’s delivered to another address. When I contact the customer service and explained the situation, they told me I have to wait for them so they find what’s the problem. A week later, instead of explaining me the problem, they just send me an email saying they send me a refund. I am never gonna trust Vero Mooda’s service!

  I had my doubts because I usually got Vera Moda clothing through other retailers like Hudson Bay, Nordstrom. But I fell in love with their clothing and took a leap of faith to shop directly on the website for a Parka. The website was easy to navigate, although they didn’t ship my order on time so I had to send a reminder. But after it shipped, it got to me in no time.

  I was so impressed with the way the return/refund process was just SO EASY. I received my refund back on my credit card within days of my return and shipping back was free. Extra bonus.   The clothing did not match the description on the site. They seem to be of low quality and poor fit. One sweater was already falling apart when I received it and looked very worn and ratty after fiest wear. It was VERY difficult getting any service or help. I used the online chat which was very frustrating until I got in touch with a human only to have to go through my story again. I provided pictures , order number snd details and those were lost and had to do it 2 more times with different customer service people. It took weeks to hear back only to get a stern 'we don't care' as its a final sale from their team. They completely missed what my concern and issue was!! Now I've wasted money and am stuck with a bunch of clothes I cannot wear. The site is misleading and the descriptions of how they fit are inaccurate. Most of the shirts are cropped even though this is not said in their descriptions. Never shop there again!

  I order from here frequently and it never disappoints. Once you know your size it’s super easy. Navigating the site is simple. My orders always come on the day they’re expected. Only one time I had to return something and it was very easy, just send it back and the refund is credited. I’ve recommended it to many people. The sales are awesome!

  The site was easy to navigate, however when the package was delivered, it was stuffed into a tiny mail box instead of being left at the front desk as requested. It was too big for the mailbox and the clothes were therefore wrinkled and the knit weave of the vest was damaged.
