  Horrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with anybody live when you have to resolve an issue. They are happy to send lots of emails that are helpful. I wouldn't recommending ordering from Vero Moda again.

  I believe the refund was processed, which was not the issue. I ordered an item for my wife and I couldn't reach anybody live nor could I get any information on when the product was going to be delivered which is why I canceled in the first place. The live chat was not helpful and I received automated follow up emails that were equally useless and frustrating. I ordered an entire wardrobe from a variety of different retailers and yours was the most challenging to deal with.

  I tried several times to reach out to process a return. I paid full price for my coat and when it arrived, it was too big. I immediately tried to return it, and was told I could not return it because it was now on sale and a FINAL SALE. Finally, through Facebook, after several attempts, someone was AMAZING and sent me a return label. But, my return item was received by Veromoda over a week ago and no return has been processed. It's tracked, so at least I know it was received - but honestly, in this day and age of online shopping, why is this so hard? Frustrating experience all around.

  I was looking forward to these jeans and never received them. I found a delivery confirmation email in my junk mail weeks after the supposed delivery date. On the delivery date i was home all day and there is a safe area to leave packages. No package was delivered that day or any day. I Called Canada Post who told me I had to contact Bestseller clothing to file a claim and handle the matter. The only customer service contact I’ve been able to find for bestseller is an email. I have emailed twice about this and have not received any response at all. I have checked my junk mail often to double check. So I have paid money but I have no pants. Very disappointed as I am usually a big fan of this brand and their products.

  I purchased several items for a wedding, unsure of how they would fit. I'm borderline plus, but the XL sizing was *perfect*. I actually had a difficult time narrowing down my dress choice because they all had beautiful cuts and colours. The returns process was also very straightforward and zero hassle.

  I started ordering from Bestseller last year when the stores closed and it has become one of my go to websites for ordering clothes. The sizing has always worked out. I love browsing through the website and focusing on my favourite styles and colours of the season. Going forward, I plan to do more on line clothes shopping rather than going store to store.   Vero Moda is an excellent source of clothing for anyone that wants to invest in pieces that will last. The stitching is very sturdy. Fabric is thick, jackets will have lining, all in all, I am very pleased with the quality standards. Consistently great items. I hate getting annoyed for reviews but this one truly deserves it.

For instance, you can't view product reviews, so you have to go on faith that a given item is true to size, comfortable, etc. Also, the images don't always load properly, and it would be more helpful to click a small product image to zoom into a large, fullscreen image rather than using the magnifying glass to zoom over portions of the image.
