  The clothes were great, but the company policies seem questionable at best. My order was missing an item. When I contacted customer service they indicated that their warehouse team had known the item didn't ship - which sure, it happens, but they chose not to refund me until I reached out. I'd probably buy from them again (the clothes that arrived were great), but make sure to keep an eye on your credit card statement.

  Shipping is really Great but One of the item was not as expected. On picture it seems smooth and when it arrives it was itchy with a lot of « hair » effect . I feel like my dogs have left their hairs... but nope it is the tissu that is like that 😞

  I am Canadian and prefer to purchase from Canadian companies. The Return process is excellent and the site is well processed. One suggestion is please indicate the LENGTH of your products, as many will return if you do not carry petite sizing. Cropped or Hip length or leg break will help.

  I ordered the Black long u-back tank in size large which is what I wanted, added the white one as well to get free shipping. The black ones weren’t sent to me as I was told they were out of stock even though they showed as available on the website. I emailed customer service and they responded days later and said their inventory hadn't updated properly but they had checked with their warehouse and there were plenty there. So I went back online to order and the shirt had disappeared completely from the website, then showed up again like a week later with my size sold out, terrible experience. The 2 stars is for receiving the white one which I do like.
