  II love Kusmi tea and Prince Vladimir is my favorite so was disappointed that Kusmi was out of the tin and only had the refill. Ordered it anyway for me an my daughter. It is a pain to try to find something to put it into to keep it fresh, but at least I have it.

  The website is fine. My problem is that the selection on the US site isn’t nearly as good as it is in the French site. Unfortunately the French site doesn’t ship to the US. In particular, my favorite blend - Troika- is no longer available on the US site.

  I really love Prince Wladimir tea and am glad I was able to find it at a decent price. It got shipped quickly, the only thing is that the box was already ripped when I got it, but the contents were safe and sound. I recommend using sturdier shipping boxes because of all the mailing craze going on right now.

  The tea itself was ok, it’s not as good as Mariage Freres earl grey. My biggest problem with my order was the single small pack of tea I ordered was delivered in a box big enough to fit over 100 packs of the same tea. It’s unconscionable at this time to pack something that small in such a huge box. Won’t be ordering from here again.

  Loved the rose green tea but the jasmine tea had no flavor. I tried to return it, but the return policy requires the product to be unopened. It also makes the customer pay for the return. How can you limit returns to unopened product? People don’t know if there’s a problem with the product until they open it.

  Shifted to loose tea because tea bags are made of plastic (yuck)! Wish you shifted to paper or back to muslin. Loose tea at the office is a hassle, glad you still have the paper filters, wish they folded over at the end. The teas themselves are superior to anything other tea I’ve had, they get 5 stars! Earl Grey, Anastasia, Detox, AquaSummer, Only Spices, yum!

  Kusmi is my fav tea. I revisited old fav brands, and realized Kusmi has upgraded me significantly. When a sale came, I did my first order, then second order. They pack the boxes in such a way that their beautiful boxes and tins are not damaged. Thank goodness. I love this tea, and have been so impressed that these will now be my 2021 gift for all my friends turning 50 this year. Thank You, Kusmi!

  I ordered seven different teas for this season in two different orders, all received as expected except one, the Organic Tsarevna, which I received unsealed and the lose tea not wrapped in a plastic wrap inside the tin to preserve the aroma but in direct contact with the tin itself. I do not think I should expect to receive such expensive tea in such state.

  Love the flavor of the tea I purchased. I only have one complaint, the teabag and string is cheap. I typically use Harney Bros tea and their teabag material is far superior. Also, the string always falls if and I have to fish it out if my teacup. I drink a lot of decaf tea, and for the amount you charge, the teabag and string should be better than the $6. I pay for Harney Bris st target!!!

  The delivery was very fast and all wrapped well. A problem was that I was looking for Lovely night in tea bags as I had received the sample in tea bags and it was no where on the site.   I wanted to return the Original Kusmi sampler tea set because I discovered that the flavorings had wheat. When I contacted customer service by email and asked how to return and told the rep that both my daughter and I had Celiac disease. I also asked if any of the other teas had any gluten in their flavorings. The representative replied that only one had wheat and no gluten. Of course I was so upset because wheat has gluten and the representative has no idea what they are talking about and puts some people with celiac or allergies at risk for being ill. I still do not know how to return the product. Awful customer service.

  I still don’t have my full order. I was charged but only half was sent in a large box which was half empty. After contacting them, they said they would send the other but they sent the wrong item and it was small. I paid for large. Two emails later, no response. Terrible.

  Initially tried to place order on Canadian site, but they didn't offer USA as a shipping destination. Went to US site, placed order, they said it was delivered, but tea never arrived. Contacted staff about this, they said the problem was that I'd placed the order on the US site and told me to do it on the Canadian one. They did refund my money, but seems like a challenge to actually get tea delivered to the United States.

  The freshness and flavor blends of the loose teas are excellent and I prefer the loose tea to tea bags. However, you can’t beat the convenience of the tea bags. I drink KusmiTea every day. I just ordered two new blends and I am anxious to try them.

  The teas are gifts for my tea-lover friends. I believe they will be happy with Kusmi tea. I experienced great customer service...she promptly replied to my concern, and was very polite and sincere. Next time, I want to buy teas for myself.
