  I appreciate fast shipping during this high volume season and that everything was packed nicely and eco-friendly. The website could add more explanations about flavors as it was hard for me to imagine from the description and I found the flavors to be quite different than what I expected. Lastly, the website looks a bit old. Maybe small rebranding would help for younger people including myself.

  Delightful teas, especially if you enjoy rich flavors and specialties. I don't rely on Kusmi for fine assam, keemun, yunnan, etc. But their beautiful tins filled with teas plus spices or essential oils like bergamot (Earl Grey) are always welcome. The teabags are individually wrapped; perfect for tucking into a suitcase or bag. You can almost always beg or buy a cup of hot water, and then at least you have some fine tea. I appreciate that the company offers regular sales, as during this last year I have been unable to work and am on a strict budget. The wonderful teas are so cheering.

  I found Kusmi when I was in France a couple years ago and fell in love with a number of their teas. Being able to order from th3 company’s web site, versus other outlets, is great because I know I’m getting fresh product. Shipping is quick, tracking great. Overall perfect online experience. They even have refills for existing tins!

  We love this tea. Is a great alternative to dessert. If we could afford a case, we would but it. It is best to buy it from Kusmi. I have heard bad experiences with Amazon. Kusmi delivery was just as fast. I will definitely buy more from Kusmi.

  Kusmi tea looked pricy first when we got the first tin as a gift from our friend. But the tea tasted so good and we couldn’t forget about it after we finished drinking the entire tin of loose leaves. We checked back the website and bought few flavors. Then we just started to get more and more. If you calculate the price that you pay for coffee shop’s not tasty tea bags, getting Kusmi tea is actually not so expensive and enjoyable. And the design of the tins are so beautiful that we are saving all of them. We love Kusmi so much.

  Kusmi Tea is beyond excellent, but the website is less so. Always able to place an order, but not from a tablet device, which is not able to navigate the entire site, for example, finding and ordering sizes of teas other than the one shown for each variety. Further, perhaps due to the pandemic, no large size containers or refills seem to be available.

  I enjoy the flavors in the detox tea! I usually only consume organic teas but could not find this combo in organic from others tea shops. I’m sensitive to chemicals which strikes first as a headache then followed by fatigue. With this tea it tastes clean not sure how clean the herbs are but there’s no bad side effects. I almost knocked a star off for non organic as I believe it’s crucial for everyone’s health and safety.

  I love your Earl Grey tea! I usually pick up my supply when I am in Paris, but am unable to do that now due to Covid. Everything with the order was great except the shipping. My items were packed so tight in the box that several items were crushed. The product is fine but does not look so good for gift giving. Only 4 stars due to small box for shipping but easy to order and was delivered promptly! Overall, very satisfied with the service.

  Not sure why, every time I navigated the site, the language was French. I don’t speak, read or understand French! I did my best guesses and was successful in getting the product I wanted. Please improve that aspect of your site. I persisted through the site because I like the tea and my 1st preference would have been to purchase the tea from the Kumsi tea store that was located on the bottom floor of the Plaza Hotel/NYC.

  It is easy to navigate the site, where it is based on the type of tea preference. I order teas that I like year after year, especially for the holiday season. New teas that have been added are very nice, so I started to order herbal teas as well in addition to my usual black teas. I especially like big collectible tins for the holiday season, please continue this feature.

  The new website is difficult to navigate. Teas in multiple places according to 'bulk' / tin, bag is confusing. Many times the tea page would come up without a button present to even purchase the tea. Very confusing. I was VERY disappointed to find that Spicy Chocolate tea is no longer available to the US market. I've long loved Kusmi and specifically this flavor (for about 14/15 years!). I've enjoyed it at home in NY, as well as while living abroad in Denmark and Sweden. I'm disappointed that it isn't currently available in the US and am hopeful that it will return soon! Lastly we were surprised to find the bag of loose tea was not resealable and so low quality. Afterward, I noticed it was labeled on the website as 'bulk', but other than that had no idea to expect this change. Overall, I was so disappointed in Kusmi. It was an average / below average experience from a company who I had grown accustom to expecting an extraordinary experience and product. I'm hopeful Kusmi will return focus to the quality and established standards that their loyal customers expect and stop trying to keep up with the fads of flavored teas. You have a unique niche. In trying to appeal to a new crowd, you will likely lose your long time customers.
