  We discovered KusmiTea When shopping in person at one of the wonderful markets in Montreal. And on the next trip to Montreal, we discovered their own store and we’re delighted.   Bought Kusmi Tea in London a few years ago, Have loved it. Cousin brought me some back from London last year and I finished it, so I wanted more. Glad I was able to order it on-line. Delivery was quick, samples were included and shipping was free with a $50 order.

  I was introduced to Kusmi Tea in Nantes, France when I was on vacation. I bought several tins and have thoroughly enjoyed them. I was thrilled to find I could get Kusmi Tea in the USA and just happily re-stocked my supply. Prince Vladmir is my absolute favorite.

  My only suggestion is to have better communication regarding shipping. This is the first order with a merchant that I’ve not received a notification that my order shipped. Checked my spam folder and even my Kusmi account and I was unable to see when or if the order had shipped.

  I ordered this as a gift. My friend received it, but my one frustration was that I could not include a gift card so she knew from whom the package came. Adding that option would make sending Kusmi as a gift a better experience.

  Your product is fantastic, but for the past 2-3 years I've noticed that the availability of your product has diminished. I'm having difficulty getting the large containers of tea and you don't have the refill bags of the teas I buy available, but they used to be available. I really wish you would pay attention to this. I inquired about the issue with the refill bags last december and the staff member acknowledged the problem and told me it would be fixed this spring. Well, it's actually gotten worse.

  The website had some major issues the first day I was ordering, probably crashed. I tried the second day and it worked. There was a sale for freeshipping over $35 order, and my order was $48, the billing was off - it showed a $5.99 shipping and then an additional line showing -$5.99 for free shipping, but the final total amount still accounted for the shipping cost. The math was crazy. Clearly, there was something going on with the website. Even the email confirmation showed the wrong billing. Worst yet, my credit card was charged the $48 + shipping, so I wrote to Kusmi (I never heard back from them to this date) and I disputed the shipping cost with my credit card company, which they honored a temporary credit. And of course, all the subsequent emails from Kusmi regarding shipping and tracking was in French. That part was a bit crazy as well.

  I never write reviews. Kusmi tea is different because it is something my son and I share. Our introduction to Kusmi was coming across their magical store in Paris. It was love at first smell.   This is my favorite hot tea! My parents would buy it when they would go to Paris. Since they will not be returning to Paris anytime soon because of the pandemic, I can easily still get my favorite teas! I love the blue detox and Anastasia black tea. The website is super easy to use and the teas arrived 3 days after I ordered and I received 3 tea samples with each order!

  I love everything about Kusmi tea - the quality, selection, packaging, customer service, loyalist program ... and now more than ever not being able to go to the Kusmi store at the Plaza bc of Covid, I miss the amazing specialists who work there and can’t wait to go there when it reopens!!! EVERYTHING is better with a cup of tea ... especially Kusmi 💜🍃 I am very sad to hear that the Decaf Earl Grey is being discontinued, there’s nothing like it. I tried to find a replacement and it’s an impossible tea to replicate 🍵
