  I was getting worried when the St. Petersburg tea was out of stock because of COVID-19 this summer and am so happy to always keep an extra tin in my cupboard. I’ve ordered tea cups from KusmiTea, too. Every order is quick and first rate. I’m so glad I discovered KusmiTea. It’s a pleasure to recommend.

  LOVE the products Kusmi has and I have ordered for years. The two big complaints I have are (1) the klunky website. Hard to move around, slow, one of the least friendly websites and (2) consistently out of stock of my favorites: case in point, Kusmi sent me free tea bags of their chocolate tea but try to find it to buy it: ALWAYS out of stock. I also find myself ordering Kusmi from Amazon because Kusmi is out of stock. Fix those two things and I could give you 5 stars for the quality of your product.

  Placed an order on 7/26 to receive it in time for my mother's 70th birthday. My PayPal account was charged, however I did not receive any order confirmation. It's 8/14 now, and no order here. I tried contacting customer service via email and FB, to no available resolution. At some point they just cancelled it and refunded me the money, when I asked them not to. I later called one of the Paris stores, and over there they were beyond helpful, giving me information to contact mother company for KUSMI. Customer service is horrible, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. US stores/phones are not being picked up. Despicable experience. Even after I explained that I need the order, it contains a gift for my mother, they simply chose to cancel it. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy, I can't visit a physical store even if it's open. The actual teas are wonderful, but the actual service is lowest of the low.

  I have not yet tried the tea I ordered but if smells just like the lovely tea I first drank at the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton Massachusetts a few years ago. I had purchased tea bags there at the time and had been rationing since. The package arrived quickly and the loose tea smells lovely.

  Web checkout experience fails repeatedly (same experience several months ago and before). I tried using messenger chat (I hate Facebook and disabled my account, you should use a different vendor) and no one responded for 20m+. Eventually, I was able to complete my order by putting a "dummy" value in the second line of my shipment address even though it was for a house. Overall a very poor ecommerce experience, but luckily the products themselves are excellent. Please look into this and tell your engineers! Thank you.

  Kusmi tea has it all. If you have the bagged tea, the package is easy to open, the bag is not paper but a fine netting. The tea, both bagged and loose, is full of flavor. The best attribute of this tea is that it is NOT bitter but smooth and calming.

  The tea is great, but setting up my account online was not. I had to redo it 4 times with no apparent reason why it wasn’t taking my info., and after it finally worked, my order was zapped from the cart and I had to re-enter it. The whole process should have taken me 5 minutes, but instead it was about 3 times longer. Amazon, where I purchased my first 2 containers, is so much easier....If I hadn’t been intent on ordering the bulk loose leaf, which isn’t available on Amazon, I would have just given up.

  I am unhappy with the customer service delivered to me. I expressed concern over the fact that my tea bags used to come in cotton bags and now they come in plastic. They refute this by saying it isn't plastic, it is PLA.. Which is a corn derived PLASTIC. I tell them it is false advertisement to say they use muslin bags on their website when they do not, since muslin bags will always be derived from cotton and they tell me that in french muslin can mean "envelope" acting as if it was just lost in translation.. Which I doubt. Tea is still good but their brand is not what it used to be.

  Great tea, but the US website is often out of the teas that I want to order. The boxes they ship in sometimes results in dented tea tins and the website is a little glitchy. I also am disappointed that KusmiTea no longer carries Assam, Yunnan or Ceylon black teas.

  The tea is excellent. The website is challenging to navigate and very difficult to order from, because it can be challenging to find the product that you want. It is especially challenging to place an order when the website doesn’t recognize your address. Even more maddening, it is impossible to get someone on the telephone. They only answer by email and are by no means quick. Shipping is timely and the product is great.

  Navigation on the side could be better. Delivery was timely. The teapot itself is beautiful, but the color of lead and the tip of the nose is different from the photo on your website. On the website, it looks like regular red.

  Love Kusmi Tea! I'm with Kusmi Tea for a long time. Mostly purchasing online as there are no stores close to me. Which is totally fine with me, as they always ship super fast and include free samples of different teas. Tried almost all Kusmi teas. My favorite teas are Prince Vladimir, Almond Green, Rose Green, Four Red Fruits, White Tropical and many others. Very fascinating history of the company and how the name of the founder was saved through the years. I do recommend the Kusmi tea to every tea lover.

  I never received a shipping notification nor did I receive my package that Was paid for. I’m extremely disappointed there is no customer service number where I can call and talk to somebody responses are slow from the company. I love Cuz Métis but the website and the lack of customer service make it extremely difficult to even place an order and even worse to receive an order after paying for suck said order.

  There is something wrong with the website - the last 2 times I have ordered, it never goes through in the final stage, and says "order failed", and then I re-order - same thing - and then I"m charged for both orders. Called and got it resolved but you really need to fix that bug in your website.

  Although the calculated total did not use the sale prices displayed in t he receipt, Kusmi Customer Service quickly refunded the difference and notified me of the refund after I sent a message via Facebook Messenger.
