  Rich texture, full flavor, tin is packed well with tea leaves secure in plastic wrap. The aroma of the St. Petersburg tea translates to the flavor. Product delivered fast and in good order. I would buy more often if special promotions were occasionally offered.

  We are satisfied with our order. Site navigation was fine. And delivery time was good. One thing not clear was the website said 4.1 or 4.4 oz containers like our old ones, but 3.5 oz containers were sent - website needs correcting if there are no longer 4.1, 4.4 or 8.8 oz containers. And, we continue to be disappointed by the teas you no longer make such as Russian Evening and Zoubrovka.

  On the website they said 5-7 days to receive the order. After 11 days, I contacted the customer service to ask for a refund. They didn’t get back to me. I contacted them again 3 days after the first attempt, they told me they couldn’t do anything . Except the package wasn’t shipped yet, I didn’t receive any shipping tracking number, they could have cancel the order! After contacting a poor customer service, I placed the same order on Amazon. I received that order 2 days after. At the end, I received the order 25 days after I placed the order. It was to late for the gift boxes that I was preparing....and I have now 7 tea boxes that I won’t use and that Kusmi tea don’t want to talk about with me...

  Was really struggling to place my order, it took me two days to get it to go through. I couldn't get my card to work. I got a text from my bank asking if I approved the amount but it still wouldn't take it. I ended up using paypal instead, but after finishing with paypal your website said my billing address was where I was having shipped to. I tried to edit it, but then the sale wouldn't go through again. Eventually I just left it as is and hoped for the best. It was kind of nerve-racking that I then couldn't see any updating order details or tracking number. I eventually got a nondescript email that said my package was delivered, but it didn't have any info in the email or any link to any type of conformation. I still wasn't sure if it was going to go to the right address, so I ended up just calling my Nana to see if it got there or not. Also, in my order history, the order show up twice, one with a product photo and one without. I was worried that the card purchase went through after all, but there was no charge and the order numbers were identical, it was very confusing.
