  Discovered Kusmi Tea last year while visiting Paris and their teas are the first that make me actually want to drink tea! Found a location here in NYC and have ordered online. A tea (Lovely Break) I was looking for but the store was out of was available online, and delivery was pretty quick. Recommend!

  Excellent tea, great customer service. I found out about Kusmi while searching for another tea house in Paris. I immediately fell in love with their Anastasia and other Russian blends. They make ordering online easy, the tea they ship is in perfect condition and arrives fast. There was a small glitch with my last order, and customer service adjusted the price promptly and checked back with me to confirm I got my refund.

  I have ordered from Kusmi for about 5 years. I am rather snobbish in my tea purchases and prefer to spend more money on quality tea than drink cheaper tea. Kusmi tea always contains nice leaves and no stems. I also love the containers and reuse them for other things. My favorite teas are the Jasmine Green Tea and the Anastasia Black. The Anastasia White Tea is good but not as good as the Black Tea. The Gunpowder Green is tasty. I definitely recommend Kusmi teas to the discerning tea drinker.

  I thought I was going to get a complementary tin of tea after spending a certain amount , which I did but just received a sachet of tea even though the package slip said 4 units of tea, I had ordered 3 units. won't be buying Kusmi tea again!!

  I had extreme difficulties getting the Kusmi website transferring me over to the pay portals. Both Paypal and the other one. On about the 5th attempt it finally worked and I was able to place my order. This took almost 2 hours to complete after I had originally loaded my cart. I would load the cart, try to pay and the website would freeze. I'd close Kusmi, reopen it 10ins later in my browser. The I'd reload the cart again and attempt to pay. To make matter worse, a few of the items I had chosen for my cart were the very last of those in stock. So, I'd have to wait for Kusmi's stock/computer to reset before I could add those items. I finally gave up trying to add the nearly out of stock items, it was too much trouble. I'd like to add this was the fastest my order has ever reached me. I'd like to say thanks for that, I think it took 2-3 days and normally it's a week.

  The website was uncooperative. My card information as not accepted at check out, so instead of being able to upload another card, my cart was emptied and I had to start all over. This happened twice. Then I used a different card. I then went back to add something to cart and lost my entire cart and information a third time. Its a wonder i bothered to order at all at that point.

  I really like this tea (BB Detox). But, I confused with mine benefits from Kusmi Club. Because points added only after order ships I couldn’t use them on current order. So, there are possibles that points will expire any way. If your products non refundable why points can’ be added sooner? And also I couldn’t find the phone number of customer service in US?

  They were the gift for my family living in U.S.A. But I could not put my name as a sender since I live in Japan. So I had to use my son's name for both sender and receiver. I hope I could use my name and address as a sender in future.
