  Purchasing the ladder unit was a breeze, easy and convenient. Only reason for 3-stars is the way it was shipped. The item is very heavy and when it was shipped in the box and had no hard foam or bumpers inserted inside box for minimal movement and it was delivered with part of the ladder breaking through the box, gouged and scraped up.

  The product is good, customer service not so good, i was not informed that the product i order was out of stock and would not be available two to three weeks, When i email and called to find out the delivery date i received no emails or call until Rodney saw me emails and called me. If it wouldn't have been for Rodney i would have canceled my order.

  Thank you for your order and your review. Unfortunately the item you purchased has a 10 business day lead time as the fenders are made to order. We couldn't provide tracking until it was available. I also know our emails have been landing in junk and spam folders for customers with yahoo, hotmail, and gmail accounts. Our I.T. department has been trying to get this fixed for some time. Rodney D.   Only complaint I have is for some reason I never received a confirmation email when I placed my order or any tracking info when it shipped. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived when expected.

  My dad and I purchased a Cummins inline scanner a couple weeks ago and we actually didn’t need the device. We spoke to Rodney and he help us with getting a scanner that my dad actually needed! He was super sweet, nice and very helpful! I would also give Rodney a 5 star rating for the help he gave us!

  It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone if you want to make an order or have an issue. I paid over $40 for 2 day shipping a 5lb package, I ordered it Wednesday, it shipped Thursday, it arrived on Monday. 2 day shipping? There answer was sorry, weekends don't count?I didn't realize mail and packages don't get delivered on Saturdays anymore! I don't think I will do business with the company again.
