Everything was great. I happened to purchase two very similar items and someone was nice enough to call me to double check if thats what I wanted because these items were non-refundable. It turned out I only needed one of those items and they were nice enough to cancel one of the items for me. Great customer service. Thank you!

I bought the Bosch HDS 250 Heavy duty Scan Tool from Diagnostic Superstore. I was told a week and a half later that I actually bought it from Uniquetruck.com. Never agreed to this and never got a tracking number. My Diagnostic tool didn't arrive for almost three weeks. I don't recommend either Diagnostic Superstore or Uniquetruck.com

My order shipped fast so that was great. On the other hand my puller was basically made out of aluminum foil. I could not put any pressure on the tool without something bending and getting ruined. I would have returned the tool and saved me a 100$ but i broke the tool so I don’t think this company would give me my money back. I think they have good design but they definitely need to rethink the metal they use.

After 2 months of patiently waiting with very little contact from anyone I finally cancelled my order. Anytime any contact was made it had to be initiated by me. Was straight out lied to the first two times I called about my order. Finally the third time I talked to someone that was very helpful and truthful. Sorry to say might be the only "good" employee they have!! Reordered product from someone else and had it in 3 days. Will be a very cold day in h#@$ before I would ever consider ordering something from this website again. Very dissatisfied customer in Nebraska.

We are a re-seller of this item and do not have a direct relationship with the manufacturer. After we made you aware of this, we were able to process the second order you placed with the correct information you provided.We shipped your item on 10/22/19, Next Day Air, and have proof of delivery from UPS that the package was delivered on 10/23/19. We have now started a lost package investigation with UPS. UPS takes up to 8 days to resolve these claims, which was started on the 26th. Straightforward site, easy to navigate. Had a glitch where my order failed to submit, so I resubmitted it. Couple days later received an email from them saying my order processed twice, and based on what it was for they credited the first one back. They caught the discrepancy before I even knew there was one! Now THAT’S good customer service. :-)
