  The commutation between Unique, shipping co., and myself was terrible. The sales person didn't know exactly how long the lift was. I was not notified when lift was shipped. Shipper did not call me when he was about 1/2 hour out. After I went and picked up the lift, the sales man called me and stated that I would get my lift in a day or two.

I contacted you to let you know that the product couldn't be delivered to your residence due to the size of the shipment. We worked together; you found a local business to have the freight shipment deliver to and I was able to work with the manufacturer to get the address updated. Was told would get 5/4/24 Received a large cooler instead Inquired again Seems the cooler is a secret promotion item for buying this lift, who knew Days later, got tracking number from the trucking company name SAIA trucking starts to send text updates on lift delivery process SAIA trucking, on 5/8/24, called and gave me a delivery date 5//9/24 between 9am-5pm I Confirmed date and time with the caller, Paige(SAIA) At 4:30pm, 5/9/24, called SAIA, to inquire if truck still coming Was Told my delivery was for Friday 5/10/24 by Kelly (SAIA) Friday was not good for me due other commitments Monday possibly, around noon, a wait to see now, If a no show again or damaged item arrives, I will demand Unique truck equipment refund my purchase. I Can not comment on a lift that I do not have Only The process of getting it delivered sucks and excuses for all the wasted time and confusion Any future purchases will definitely be hampered and will find myself most likely shopping elsewhere.

  While I have not used the dolly yet, I am pleased with the quality of the product. I was contemplating buying this wheel dolly for my vehicle and decided to buy from unique truck equip versus Harbor Freight as I expected your product would be of higher quality then Harbor Freight, but too my surprise your product was also made in China according to the package labeling. Probably made in the same factory as Harbor Freights dolly.

  The directions for assembly of the tire lift were great until it came to the wiring, there was no diagram which made it difficult to complete. It took as long to put the wiring/battery together as it did the whole unit. Love the lift, well built.

  I received the 2 side bed tool boxes within a week. After opening the boxes. I found a bunch of 7/16 nuts inside both tool boxes. At first I didn’t see anything wrong. When I went to open the bottom door, the entire door came off and fell to the floor bending and denting the corners. During the assembly, they apparently DID NOT put the 7/16 nuts on the bolts for the hinges and tighten! So I immediately checked the other tool box bottom door and same thing. This kinda pissed me off. You pay over a 1,000.00 bucks for each and during their assembly, they can’t fasten and secure the bottom doors. So yea I got one with the corner bottom door dented due to someone during the assembly not doing their job completely. Quality control if they have that should do a better job checking before sending out the product!!

  Got quoted an initial price for products, placed the order, waited a week for tracking info. Red's call that sales rep made a mistake on freight costs, increased them 300%. Had to cancel the order and lost precious time trying to meet a deadline.

  The part was incorrect not the one we needed. When we contacted the company they were polite and promptly provided me with the return instructions. Informing me at that time that we would be responsible for the return freight. We had to pay out of pocket to return the part and order the correct one.

  Found what I needed on the site and appreciated having dimensions in the pictures. It got a little confusing knowing when the truck tool boxes would show up since I kept getting conflicting emails from the shipper, but they did arrive quickly and in good condition despite selecting the cheapest option. They were shipped very quickly after ordering despite it being a Sunday when i placed the order. I was also called by the company when the shipper had two conflicting addresses to ensure they got it to me. The product seems very sturdy and the mounting hardware worked good on my truck. Very happy with my purchase!

  It's not as good a tool as I thought it would be. The angle is off and the bend to much. The price is way too high for what you get. Did better with a straightened boxed end wrench. Sold it to another driver for $20.
