  Thank you for your review. The item you purchased is not a normal stocking item in our Grand Rapids Michigan warehouse. I see the order was placed after hours on a Friday evening.   I did not appreciate having my credit card information given to PayPal on checkout. PayPal is not a trustworthy card processor. I have had two credit cards stolen by Venmo which is owned by PayPal.

  I personally would not buy this item again. It did not mount up correctly, it sits at a leaning back angle and not square or evenly, and mounting my light was a chore. I ended up having to drill 4 bolts for the light I have.

  I have had my own mini light bar that is still new for some time. Drilling the holes for it to work is not really the issue. It's the fact that the mounting to the truck is not a clean look. It has a very recognizable leaning back look. That doesn't go with the straight lines of the truck, its not a square flush mount.

  Product worked well a better instructional video for use of product would be great for cutting the clutch brake and advise purchaser to buy at least 2 extra drill bits. The kit comes with 3 bits but u need 2 bits per drilling each side of the clutch brake put

  Thank you for your review. I completely understand your frustration. We don't like having to forward bad information either. The item you purchased was on back order due to the computer chip shortages. The manufacturer had to find a completely new chip for the product as the one they had been using was discontinued.   Correct, but it is not necessary to say that it was in stock when it was not in stock. I have checked with 10 companies, and they all said it was not available and it is unknown when it will be available. But you said it was in stock. And when we paid for the product, you started saying to wait and wait more, and so on. If it is not in stock, it should be said so, instead of using the customer's money for two months. And if you read reviews from people who bought products from you, they say the same thing.

We totally understand having to cancel an order with such long lead times that some manufacturers are experiencing.
