  the product seems nice i haven't used it yet. it was missing a wheel and some hardware.i emailed about the wheel and got a response saying they will send a new one. and later the same day i realized there was some hardware missing emailed again and haven't gotten a reply on my second question or a wheel and its been 5 days. I've spent 47 more dollars now for temporary wheels and still need the specific hardware from you.and i would still like the new original wheel. you can check the email i have all ready sent 5 days ago for specifications. thank you.

  Do not waist your time. After surfing Amazon for top rail tool box's, I wanted to buy it from a smaller company. Price was better at Unique but shipping was 200.00 dollars. I bit the bullet and went for it. Well 5 days later no confirmation email about my order just a charge on my CC. I finally called to ask about my tool box and the guy said OYEA I was going to call you but I ran out of time. We miss quoted the shipping cost it should have been 400.00 dollars. He followed that up by saying I would rather loose a customer then the 200.00 dollar difference on the shipping.That is exactly what he told me. I did not mention, to him that I owned a fleet of work trucks, that all need tool box. Save your time go to Amazon. My tool box arrived before Unique could credit my card... Business model of the Year, I would rather loose a customer then 200.00 on shipping....lol

  Ordered narrow tire dolly, arrived in a timely manner. Very heavy made quality tool.Had several unique tools in the past while being a heavy truck/diesel mechanic. They are all quality well made tools.They are truly unique tools that you can’t find anywhere else that make certain jobs a lot easier and quicker for a heavy fleet shop. Do recommend these tools.

  Easy to order on a Sunday. Recieved an emailed confirmation invoice on Monday, no shipping or tracking info. Then nothing. I emailed a request for a tracking # on Thursday, no response. It shows up on Friday. I will certainly check around before ordering from them a 2nd time. Just saying.

  I had googled the item that I was interested in and when I clicked on Unique it took me directly to the item. The price was within the budget that we were allotted. When I called Unique Truck I spoke with Tom Brown. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Through out the process from order to delivery, I was kept informed of the status. There actually was a delay in the shipping date and I was contacted right away and informed of the delay. I couldn't ask for better customer service than was given. The product itself was delivered in perfect condition. If there is equipment, tools, etc that are needed in the future, our first place to look will be Unique!

  Through no fault of the seller I could not get my order. The manufacturer was to drop ship and became unresponsive. BUT. Unique truck called me and explained what was happening. They offered other ideas and ultimately refunded my money. That kind of personal attention earns a great review. I will do business with them again
