  At first I thought it would be some sort of scam, but I read many good reviews as well as them being BBB certified and them addressing issues that have been reported. It was simple and easy, no issues when I went to get my lab work completed. This is definitely worth it since some tests are not available unless you go to a physician office and I appreciate being able to get my order and avoid wasting time and money for an unnecessary doctor's office visit just to be sent to a lab. I would definitely recommend their services.

  The lab I was scheduled to use was having computer problems. I called customer service and they easily put in a different lab and all went smoothly. I love that Ultra Labs also helps me find the exact tests I needed and had a coupon. I could have searched on line but was really happy they have knowledgeable people to help me navigate the site.   I appreciate the price of tests as compared to other health facilities. I don't have insurance right now and I needed a couple tests to qualify for my next job. I thought it was confusing to order labwork online. I was confused to be ordering tests through Ultalabs, but going to Quest labs for the testing. I tried calling many times, but consistently got an automated response. Fortunately, I finally reached a person who helped me feel certain about how and what I ordered.

  Nice place, pretty comfortable for a client but 2 things were frustrating: 1) problematic availability for an appointment in the morning ( at least a few days in advance only over the whole LA) 2) painful procedure itself ( I mean a heavy hand of a nurse)

  This was the best lab testing experience I ever had. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes (maybe) and was out within 3 minutes. I received the results much faster than I had ever anticipated. Please teach all medical offices how to run as efficiently as you do!!!

  I needed a number checked but the soonest I could see my doctor was almost 7 weeks! After searching online I came across ulta lab tests. 2 days later I get my labs pulled 5 minutes from home. By 6 am the next morning I had my results and could rest easily again. Hands down a positive experience, no complaints, and definitely recommend to anyone.

  I’ve always taken multi-vitamins as a health hedge. Took advantage of a sale and had my vitamin levels tested for much less than the cost of annual supplements. My grandfather used to say vitamins made for expensive pee. Turns out, for me at this time in my life, he was correct. No longer paying for unnecessary vitamin supplements or adding unnecessary elements from my urine into the environment. Process was quick and efficient!

  Navigating on the site was very easy. the information was clear and concise. my issue was with the proximity of the Quest lab. we have one locally that I have been to, but it isn't on their website, so I had to drive an hour. the lab I went to was overcrowded. they asked folks to disperse the waiting room which left me standing out in a hallway of a supermarket. which was fine for me, but some of the folks were older and not as healthy and that could have been an issue. it also took me an hour and a half to get back to have the blood drawn which I've never had it happen at my local lab. but the results came back quickly, the notification to myself was done in a professional manner, and if they can get me a local lab I will probably use them more often.

  I had my yearly physical and requested Vitamin D levels. Results were close to the results I got from the hospital. Within 6 (40 vs. 46) so I felt comfortable in the reliability of the lab. I had a relatively seamless experience after finding another collection site. I left Newbern Ave in Raleigh after waiting 15mins, sitting next to a young lady ahead of me that was already waiting 30 minutes. I never spoke with or saw anyone. I went to collection center in the Walmart near triangle town mall. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Overall I will be using this lab more often.

  I have used this service over the last few years and their prices are much lower than if I had to use the on sire lab at my physician. The choice of lab locations are also good. Results or partial results are speedy by next day usually. Searching and comparing lab codes prescribed by my physian was also obtainable on this site.

  If you are careful to shop the different specials, you will find the best prices here, even with the added "draw fee". Also, they keep a record of your results so you can easily compare them with earlier tests in your account. The other 3 online lab sites I have used do not do this and it is a great feature. All my tests have gone without a hitch in the payment or reporting of results.

  I wasn’t sure which tests were what my Dr requested so I utilized the online chat feature and the agent advised me to email the order to Ultalab. I received a quick response and a SUPER price. This was the easiest and money saving lab experience i’ve ever had. Very helpful too.

  This website is easy to use and saves me a ton of money on lab work. It allows you to book an appointment for your lab draw at a local lab site and has an $8 fee for the lab draw. Most common tests are $20 or less.My labs are now around $100 without using insurance. Previously these labs cost me $300 to $500 out of pocket with insurance. Finding this website was a godsend. You can also enter your doctor's information and they will send your lab results directly to your doctor.
