  Buying tests is easy, the interface is clean and easy to understand. One slight issue is that tests can take awhile to come back, but that’s in Quest and not Ulta.

  I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get tested for anything to check out ulta,they got every test you could possibly need and are priced right. They also are not predatory and are not a subscription based like many others. You order your test,schedule your blood draw,get your blood drawn,and then wait for the results. Ulta will send you a email when your results come,they also show you if your results are normal and have a good explanation on it.

  I give Ultalab an excellent score and here's why: This is my second time using Ulta and it was a great experience at the time. This recent test was easy to find and schedule on the website. Arriving at the lab, the wait was 3 minutes if that and the staff is very professional and consciencious with the blood draw. By the next day I received partial results followed by final on the 3rd day; impressive! The only thing I'd like to point out is that the test ordered had 3 components; glucose, insulin, A1C. The partial had data on glucose & insulin but then the final showed the same results and the A1C only shows up when specifically requested on the download arrow. I think the final should show ALL of the results without having to initiate a separate research. Otherwise, this is very practical and I'll continue using the service. I also recommended it to a family member who's in Texas.

  Results came the next day. Appointment was only a few minutes late and went smooth. Phlebotomist was real nice although left a big bruise for some reason. I would go back.

  I was in and out in 5 minutes! I arrived the minute they opened and before I even signed-in to the kiosk I was greeted warmly and led back. My phlebotomist was professional and kind and skilled at her role and collected my blood quickly and efficiently. Incredible service! My results were available in 24 hours and had personal comments and notes. Stellar experience!

  User friendly website, reasonable rates, and fast results. The only difficulty I ran into was in scheduling my lab draw through the site-it did not reflect on the Quest site. I had to ultimately schedule my appointment directly through Quest.

I literally had to try each discount code on each test to find the ones that worked with the particular tests. That took a good while. Why not just have one discount code and have it automatically work with any tests that can receive a discount.

  I really liked the lab technician. She has a great personality. My only frustration is that I didn’t realize I needed to fast for this test. And was told I cannot get a refund. This would probably keep me from using Ulta again. I realize the fasting suggestion could have been included somewhere in the website or in an email I received. If so, I may have missed it, because it was not a prominent part of the test information.

  As an uninsured person, Ulta Labs helps ensure that I can get my needed labs - every time! The site is so easy to use, and the Chat Feature is really helpful as it enables me to ask if there are bundles available for any tests my provider might be ordering. This year, I checked pricing against Any Lab Test Now and found that Ulta Labs, for the exact same tests, was $75 less!!! Ulta Labs will continue to be my go-to for lab work!
