  I use Ulta at least every 6 months for about 6 different lab panels since I'm a self pay patient who has a healthshare plan vs insurance. The pricing and easy access to labs brings me back to Ulta every time.

  Very fast service and quick responses to inquiries for the positive. Less than positive, I ordered a test which should have been a calculated value and was not, so it caused some confusion. There were two similar tests to choose from so look closely at what you order.

  The site was a lot to look at and offers many tests for a wide variety of labs. My review does partially come with the site, but mostly for the person who helped me. Their name is Tamara. I was feeling very turned around and confused so I hopped into the chat box, sent the *list* of labs needed and she made my entire cart for me. I literally didn't have to do anything. She made the process easy and I wish she could see this review. She made this experience 5 stars.

  I arrived at the place very early for my appointment and was called in right away. I questioned the tech about the vial and she took the time to explain things clearly to me. Important Note Regarding Dexamethasone Lab Test Please be advised that the dexamethasone lab test must only be ordered in conjunction with a physician who can provide the appropriate prescription for dexamethasone. The physician will determine the correct dosage and provide specific instructions regarding the timing of medication administration in relation to specimen collection.

  Everything went very smoothly, and the results arrived quickly. The only thing was that it was difficult to navigate the building. I walked up and down the floors looking for the lab. It's a shame the order didn't specify the floor or room number. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and attentive.

  I use Ulta Labs to monitor my overall health with blood test. I’m very impressed with the whole operation. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use. The information they provide on the types of tests and what they can show is very thorough. Scheduling is a breeze because you can pick from several locations and on a walk-in basis I have used several testing facilities and they all were easily accessible with friendly staff. The results came in within 24 hours. The test results were clear complete and easy to read along with detailed information about the types of test, what they can show and they include my status throughout the years. With the poor state of healthcare these days, you got to look out for yourself the best you can and ulta Labs helps you do that. Highly recommend.
