  Ultalabtests.com is wonderful in every way! The site is easy to navigate, the tests are completed quickly and the cost savings are significant. I made the assumption that the tests were automatically sent to my PCP but they are not. When I live chatted with customer service, they immediately offered to fax them for me which was great. If there's anything I would suggest, it would be that the faxing should be automatic (if requested at the time of account set up). Other than that, Ulta Lab Tests is truly fantastic!!!!

  The site provides easy viewing of the tests at high-level and in-detail. Purchasing tests is good page flow. Reviewing results is nice with descriptions, graphs, ranges, and historical comparisons with previous tests. The variety of available tests is good too.

  Their service is reasonable and so easy to use that it's my preferred way to get my labs done. I do understand labs fairly well so it's simple for me and you can do just about any test with no doctor ordering it. I have found insurance companies don't or won't run the labs you want or need sometimes and it's nice to know Ulta Labs is there for you. I also like they partner with Quest as there are so many of them available. It really is a convenient way to track your health. Highly recommend their services.

  I love that we can finally get some blood test results that don't have to go through our doctor. Everything is very well handled from start to finish. I do wish there was an easier way to pick out which test you might want. Too many to choose from I guess.
