  I appreciate your response. I realize there are reasons for the packed tests. Perhaps if someone types in Vit D or other contractions it could be able to better recognize these and then display in a list form all your options that include that search item. Or allow the ability to type in several items in list form and then search for best fit for your packages.

  Satisfied, was quick easy and the most affordable options for some of the blood tests that I searched around for (for others I found better deals- so do your research), but I don't like how they come up with the "blood draw fee" in the last moment... That's a cheeky marketing thing, just state it from the beginning!

  Hello Steven, Saying that the fee is transparent is an evasive way to put it out- since that fee is only shown once you are about to pay in the shopping cart. It does not show when you are looking for the test prices. I have used two other competitors which do not charge ANY collection fee whatsoever - one of them is Walk-In Lab and the other Life Extension. I got the MTHFR DNA test and TPO, to name a few, at better price in Life Extension and the EBV Early Antigen in walk in lab at a better price. For many of the tests, you do indeed offer the cheapest option, but you do charge the draw fee which raises the cost and from what I recall you do not work with labcorp which is closer to me. So it is worth to get tests from you only if I get enough of them to to offset the draw fee and justify the longer drive to a quest diagnostic lab. This means that if I only need one or two tests, I would not chose your services. Have a wonderful new year. Raya

  I ordered A LOT of tests. Went in to my local Quest Lab first thing AM in an empty stomach. A couple people walked in just before me and I was helped within 15min without any appointment. The phlebotomist Sarah at Bloomington,IL Quest Lab was kind and wonderful. Unfortunately I fainted but fortunately she was checking in on my the whole time and caught me prior to it happening. She gave me time to recover and then finished the draw with my other arm and gave me more time to collect myself and then walked me to my car. I was really grateful.

  I have used a few other on-line lab services in the past, but Ultalabtests blew them all away! It was so easy to order tests and it was much more reasonable than any other company I've worked with.   Affordable for those who must cash pay. Many choices for desired labs. EASY to order. Many specials offered that increase savings. Better prices compared to similar labs offering the same service. Love ability to get labs myself when I want to check them and save the cost of at least one doctor's visit (to have provider order the labs). Love ability to get tests without the insurance companies hassling me or the provider for why it's necessary. Lots of locations to get blood drawn. Results come back quickly. For customer service, you can get a human on the phone whom you can understand and who understands you. Emails are answered quickly. Overall, my go-to for my labs and the one that I recommend for my patients/clients.

  I recently moved and did not have a doctor in the area yet but wanted to get some blood work done for some peace of mind. Ultalabtests.com made the process so simple. I placed my order and called the local lab for an appointment. I went in the next morning and had results the following day. The person who did the blood draw was really nice and professional, and the results were so quick and easy to understand. I highly recommend using Ulta Labs.

  I wish more locations were open in my area on the weekends. If only for just a little bit. It's hard getting a Friday off to do blood work. The bloodwork itself was simple and painless and I got my results in under a week. And I'd like to do this again someday. But it's really gonna have to be on the weekend. I don't think I can get another weekday off like last time.

  Melissa at Quest recommended using Ulta Labs, a third party lab when I told her I had no insurance and would have to self pay. Oh my!!!! The money she saved me!!!! $97 for what would have been over$400!!! My results were ready the next day! The only difference is I have to get the results to my doctor instead of them sending them....worth it!! Also love that they provide footnotes to each result! I'm thrilled and would recommend this to anyone who is self paying for their health care!

  I purchased, scheduled, had the blood draw and received the results all within 48 hours. I highly recommend this service! The cost is far below the market rate and the service is excellent.   Price is great!! I have used them twice already. Unfortunately on appointment was scheduled after a holiday at a facility that was closed. I reached out to Quest twice and never received a call back. I had to reschedule further out than I had wanted to, but in the end got it done.

  This company is the best. I order tests on line to see if my diet is changing things. like cholesterol and blood sugar. It's easy to order, then I go to the Quest lab of my choice, and their service is spot on. Then the next day the labs are emailed. You don't need a doctor involved at all, since the labs are just info for you . And your doc if you so desire. If you have any curiosity about various blood panels, this is the way to go and likely costs much less than if you had it done with your doctor, if the insurance didn't cover. There are so many cool panels you can have drawn. Ulta has sales too. This place is the best.

  I've been using UltaLabs since 2018 and have had no issues. I buy my lab test, wait till I have the time to get it done, then do it. Results stack year over year so it makes it easy to keep track.
