We have taken great care to offer the safest access to your low cost lab tests. There is a medical office facility in Fort Collins or Northglenn that you may use if you should choose to drive a farther distance for an environment that may be more beneficial to you.   This is my first time using Ultra Lab and I was very pleased with results. From setting up appointment, prepaying the the reasonable fees, doing the visit and getting the results, it all worked to my expectations. And the cost was even below the Medicare charged rate which I loved. I will use this lab in the future as it proves my experience that when you eliminate the government or 3rd party insurers from incidental medical processes you get good quality at the cheapest cost.

  I have used Ulta Lab Tests for a few years. I find the prices to be excellent. The website is easy to navigate. The only thing I find difficult is that there are so many choices of panels! Sometimes it takes a bit of work to find the best prices. My local lab that takes care of the blood draw is close by and quite easy to get in and out with or without an appointment. I highly recommend Ulta Labs!

  I had my doctor provide test names and then went to website, selected test i needed, paid and printed receipt and they even linked me to quest to set an appt!! Also quest wanted 825.00 for the same tests with no insurance and i paid 153.00 thru ulta labs with no insurance!!! Will definitely use them everytime.

  This was one of the easiest tests to take. I showed up and they took blood, then I just waited for the results of all of the test to be completed. I was not sure if I had lyme disease, and my PCP would not test for it. I finally just bought the test myself. I was so relieved when the results came in negative. The bloodwork that I had done at the same time showed some deficiencies which corresponded to the symptoms that I was experiencing.

  I usually don't leave reviews, but I'm making an exception this time. The tests are easy to read, there a lots of descriptions also. When the results come back there are explanations that are well written and informative. The process is very quick and easy as well. Also, the thing I love the most is their customer service. I have used the "how can I help" chat twice, and each time my issue or question was resolved within minutes by a very friendly and helpful person. I have not called so I cannot speak on that manner, but I would assume it would be a very similar experience.

  Easy to navigate. Tests are self explanatory and very clear. Test results are reported with graphical charts which is easy to understand. Selectively run certain panels which is a plus. The site categorized the various test appropriately and th recommendations made while selecting the tests is a plus. Overall very good user interface and easy to place order. The test results come in less than 24 to 48 hours. Highly recommend.

  My lab experience has been great. The test ordering system and the blood draws have been very good. The website is easy to use. I would have rated them 5-stars but their results reporting format is designed for single-one time testing. I have been testing weekly under diffferent metabolic conditions, so I have lots of tests but the results are all jumbled together

  Getting labs drawn and receiving the results through ultralabtests.com is so easy and convenient. I wish I would have known about this site years ago. I have hypothyroidism and my doctor only checks my TSH. Finally, I was able to get a full thyroid panel for an affordable rate. I will be getting the labs I need drawn regularly from now on.

  Overall the end to end process was good. The customer service was not so hot. I asked the advisor if I needed to fast because it was not clear in the test instructions. Instead of answering 'Yes' or 'No' they very rudely kept copy pasting the standard instructions (which I could obviously read) and stating they could not offer medical advice. I only wanted to know if I should fast or not and the instructions were not clear. So this part of the process was frustrating and wasted my time.
