  This site offers a vast selection of blood tests at excellent prices. It was easy to use the site, book an appointment, select a location, and get the blood tests done. I received my test results one day after giving my blood samples. You can't beat that speed at all.

  It was easy enough to get around and figure out what to do. My one disappointment was that it was implied I could walk into the lab without an appointment but that proved to be wrong. Other than that, it was quick and inexpensive.

  I am very pleased with Ulta Lab Tests. I have used them for several years. The test results are usually emailed the next day. They explain the results of the test and more information is given that you get at the Doctors office.

  Getting an appointment in Simi Valley was easy. Once there I waited 2 minutes and was called in for my blood draw. The results for my tests arrived in 1 day. They advised me that 2 of the tests could take up to 21 days to get the results. They were very nice and the process was very easy.

  I love being able to be in control of my health. If it wasn't for me doing my own testing, I might not have been able to get the diagnosis and start treatments.   Very satisfied, I have ordered through this site multiple times. Service is excellent, most aspects of site work well. The only suggestion I would make is to be able to add to a completed order so that you do not have to pay draw fee twice.

  Exceptional! I got lost and wound up being 3 min late but they still took me for my appt and didn't give me a hard time about it or even mention it. Buddy did my lab draw and he is exceptional! Super nice guy and didn't hurt one bit. Highly recommend!! Lots of parking was a plus and easy check in from your phone could not have been simpler!!

  As a self-pay individual in the American healthcare system, there are so many blood tests that would be completely unaffordable to me without Ulta. Either my health or my wallet would be completely run dry. Ulta has literally saved my life. Offering the option of competitively priced blood tests for self-pay individuals goes beyond words. Almost all of my tests have come back in a timely manner, all the facilities Ulta has partnered with or given the option of using have been great. I have more information on my own health, in my OWN hands. Thank you Ulta.

  Easy to book. Easy to be seen. Didn't have to wait. Reasonable prices. Fast results. I had to find and pay for my own thyroid tests, as Kaiser will not order the proper tests (it takes 3 weeks to get the Free T3 results with Kaiser) and will no longer support my care for the unresolved Hashimoto's. Ulta Lab Tests was easy for me to navigate and find just what I needed. The results were returned faster than expected, which helped my non-Kaiser doctor to adjust my medication immediately. I am all set for the following thyroid tests in 4 weeks. THANK YOU, ULTA LAB!!!

  Ulta has been so great! They work with so many local draw clinics so I don't have to travel far away. The results are incredibly fast and easy to read. The comments make sense when a result is out of normal range so I don't have to go look it up. They chart the history so it's easy to track your levels over time. It's also incredibly affordable! I'll never go anywhere else!
