  Very quick and easy. No issues. If I am a first time customer though, it would have been nice to get the automatic discount instead of having to sign up. I had no time to get these tests ordered because I was in line waiting to get my blood drawn. Thank you.

  Whenever I have called, the support team has been very helpful. The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful if the website could accept codes from LabCorp and convert them to Quest Diagnostics codes. (My doctor tends to give me the lab slip with LabCorp codes).

  Easy to use ordering format. Results came the next day after my Quest bloodwork. I was able to download the results and send them to my healthcare provider. Highly recommend the service and the pricing was reasonable for this retiree who does not have full coverage Medicare.

  Ultalabtests is easy to use, fairly priced and I love how I can access my previous testing results with them. The info given on each test is extensive and informative.   Very convenient, the only thing that did not work to good this time is the one test was supposed to be done before 8am and I could not get an appointment before 1.30pm, so my fasting was 16.5 hours. The staff is always nice. Thank you

  Great test results and speed, unfortunately both of the phlebotomists I've used have been unacceptable, and it looks like they have been this way for years. The first test I took my left arm still hurts and I cannot fully open it 21 days after the test. The second test the woman was incredibly short and seemed like she hated her job. Both of these things make me uncomfortable enough to no longer use these testing facilities (I know that the phlebotomists likely work for a different company. Because there is no alternative I am not going to do the monthly testing that I planned to do. This is a real shame; this is not the first time I have had a bad experience doing tests. I do these to optimize my health and unfortunately I cannot take risks with my health and suffer physical injury from getting blood tests done.

  All of the other locations have terrible reviews as well. I tried it twice with bad reviews and unfortunately the reviews check out. I can’t take risks with my body unfortunately with overworked people who hate their jobs. I really want to get thousands of dollars of tests done routinely though.

  Using Ulta Lab Tests website, I was easily able to locate the lab test I wanted done, schedule an appointment for a blood draw locally, and get my results the very next day. The only (slight) confusion I encountered was viewing the results because they were hidden in a drop-down box that needed to be expanded. I kept seeing results from a previous test and wondering what happened to the new results. But I soon realized that I needed to click on a different drop-down.
