ordering was fairly easy, labs set up in categories. Was a little difficult to find again when I wanted to know what the test preps were. Cost was very reasonable with the sale. I only wish there had been a lab closer, had to drive an hour and a half to get to one. Test results were returned very promptly.

I'd never ordered lab tests before and didn't really know what I was doing. In frustration, I joined the chat option and was given such amazing assistance! Every question was answered professionally and quickly. Once it was understood what I was trying to order, the representative even bundled tests together which ended up saving me money. The only part I would criticize is the payment portion. When I made the appointment online, I was not given the option to pay in the same session. I had to go to the pharmacy, on the day of my appointment, one floor below the lab, and have the pharmacist basically do it for me (that was the best option for me given the situation). The pharmacist was incredibly helpful. In short, make it seamless to make an appointment and pay at the initial online encounter. All other aspects were professional.

I am impressed. I had 10 labs done and got all the results in less than 24 hours. Also I sent a question to customer service and got the response super fast and very well explained. The prices they offered are also the lowest I found by far. I paid $12.95 each for 7 labs. For the other 3, they sent me a code for 20% off. It is worth it. You can’t beat that! Decent service. Very hard to make an appointment sometimes. If you buy two tests on one order, the system basically requires that you get both tests at the same time - it doesn't allow you to split them up into two separate draws.

Ulta labs was great. It’s really easy to get ahold of someone to answer questions on the phone- I always love speaking to a real human! I had to use quest labs for my blood draw and that was a nightmare. But ulta got my labs back to me quickly and for that I’m grateful!
