  Fair prices, easy availability in my area to get my blood drawn and a long window to get the bloodwork drawn. I waited almost six months to get them drawn and there were no issues. Fast return of results as well. Highly recommended.

  I used to use a competitor but then their service became unavailable in my area. I asked for a recommendation from them and they suggested Ulta Labs. I tried them out and the service on their end is seamless. My local Quest location isn’t the best but that isn’t their fault nor is it against them that I don’t feel like going to a further location. The pricing is excellent as well. I don’t have health insurance so this is an economical way for me to monitor certain levels.

  This is the best Lab service I have ever used. It is so convenient to be able to order my own labs, primarily to monitor my thyroid level. The cost of the labs is extremely reasonable and process for online ordering is very easy. The location of the lab, in my local Safeway is also very convenient. Nicki, the lab technician is super friendly and efficient with the process. Great service on all accounts!

  I discovered Ulta Lab Tests when our insurance temporarily dropped our primary care physician group a year ago. Ulta was an affordable and convenient way to get my blood testing done for my annual physical. I had several different phlebotomy sites that I could choose from, including one that had early Saturday hours. I prepaid with my HSA card, and my results were available within a day or two. I then forwarded them on to my doctor prior to my appointment. I've used them 2 straight years, and both sets of results are visible on the portal so my doctor and I will be able to follow trends over time.

  I have used Ulta lab tests for several years now my most recent experience was great as always I ordered my test went in for my blood test got my results Within 4 days. I was called immediately out of concern due to the results of my blood work which I appreciate it very much. I was aware what those numbers were going to be. I felt the concern of Ulta lab tests for not even knowing me was above and beyond. I really appreciate the compassion of their company. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is doing their own lab work it's easy , they have great deals and they actually really care.

In reviewing your 2 orders with us, you are correct in stating that the tests ordered by you are not the same and therefore could not be used by you to see if any changes had occurred. Unfortunately, once you have used your lab requisition, there is little recourse as your specimen was collected and the specimen was processed by the lab for your review. Ulta Lab Tests platform does allow for changes to be made to an order prior to being collected and our Customer Service Statf is happy to assist you with these changes.   I really liked choosing the tests I wanted done, instead of having a doctor make that decision. I liked knowing what I was paying for the lab work in advance, too. My lab experience went great. I only wish they had a lab closer to my house, so I could use this more often.

  In general it was great, I am not sure who missed telling me I had to be there before 9 for one test and I scheduled later than that, I had to come back for a follow-up and booked an 8:40 appointment and was not seen until 9:15. So, in addition to having to make two trips, the delay may negate the test. I know I read the instructions because the other tests/bloodwork was fasting and I knew that. I do like the way the results come in, that is helpful.

  The navigation on this site is totally easy, their selection of lab test is enormous and vast. My results are sent to me or to my Doctor. You immediately get a confirmation code and summary of your chosen labs, it's as easy as 1-2-3 and your done. I've been using this site for the past 3 years and made all my friends aware, they love it as well. Did I mention you don't need an order from your Doctor 🙂

  I was very impressed with this service! I was able to find and order my test easily myself without having to involve my primary doc, and found a drawsite less than 3 miles from my house. I get results back in a few days. It was quick and easy and exactly what I needed, thank you!
