  I used Ulta Lab Test because I was unsure how much my insurance would cover. They provided a set price for the tests I needed and could budget accordingly. I appreciate that I didn't have to hold my breath waiting form my claim to be processed.

  A very satisfying experience. The site is easy to navigate and find the tests you are looking for. They send your lab requests to the local lab of your choice. I got partial results the same day and the rest of the results the next day. The fee is nominal and reasonable. I will be back whenever I need labs.

  I made an appointment online only to discover when I got there that the lab has been closed for some time. So I went to another location arrived at 2 they did not close until 4 no one was there and they would not take me because they said they had to take appointments first? What is the purpose of taking walk ins-so i went to a third location where the technician was new maybe i have no idea. I was left bruised -my coworkers were shocked at the amount of bruising after the blood work

  As a Canadian who found myself in need of bloodwork, this was really helpful and convenient. I figured out it you look at grouped blood tests, it is less expensive than ordering each test separately. The first test I had was executed seamlessly, the second test, which I was not able to set an appointment for and went on a Saturday, was less seamless. The tech I had on the Saturday visit had to use both arms to withdraw blood for 3 tests and it hurt like someone was trying to push a pencil in my vein. Maybe they use new techs on the weekends, she was nice enough, but I haven't felt pain like that from a blood test in 30 years and I have a very high pain threshold. I got an email every time results were available, which took a little longer than back at home, but was fine. Also, he chat option when I was ordering my tests were very helpful also. My suggestion, order in advance, book an appointment an don't go on Saturday if you can avoid it and it will be fine.

  Life saver for people who need routine tests for metabollic disorders. The insurance like Aetna and doctor from sutterhealth charged me $340 for a free yearly physical visit before this saying blood tests advised by doctor was not covered.

  Convenient and easy. You do need a printer to provide a slip to the lab taking the sample, but otherwise there is nothing else to do but show up. Results were fast (emailed the next day, at for the kind of test I did) and I downloaded them to show to my doctor later.

  I'm between insurance but needed lab tests. I looked online for "inexpensive lab tests". I found several alternatives but they were mostly junk. Ultalabtest.com was the last one I looked at and was really surprised! They're great! I looked at their prices compared to quest labs and their prices were just over 1/2 of quest's direct pricing. Funny thing is I went to quest labs to get my blood drawn. I just handed them the printed PDF from ulta and the lab tech just did it. I half expected to hand it to the tech and have him say "what's this, we don't accept this", but nope he just took it. Everything went smoothly and the doctor received my results. I'll definitely use them again.

  I was very pleased with the service, friendly staff at the clinic where I had blood work done. Would definitely use again. I did have a problem trying to pay online with my credit card because I’m a Canadian living 6 months in Florida. Derrick Douglas contacted me to see if I was having a problem. He was extremely helpful, explained what I needed to do, stayed on the line with me until my appointment was all done. So thankful for employees like him.   I love Ulta Lab Tests as it has an easy to navigate website and provides great service at amazingly low prices. Finding and ordering tests on the site is a breeze. Selecting a testing center and making an appointment is surprisingly clear. The testing centers always have my information and, with an appointment, I'm able to get in and out usually in just a few minutes. Getting results is also quick and easy as they are online. The site also stores my testing history which is great for referencing. Overall, Ulta Lab Tests is a great site and service!

  I priced out the test before I ordered through ulta. Through quest themselves it was over $2,800. Through ulta, who also goes through quest labs, it was just a little over 600. I like the website and how user friendly it is. The test results are easy to understand and have excellent explanations with them. The only issue I had was when I went in for blood work and got my tests back within 5 days but my daughter went in for blood work a week and a half before me and it took 3 weeks to get all of her results. I spoke with a customer service representative who said that depending on the day that you go in, sometimes it takes a while to get to the labs that actually run the tests and they only do certain tests on certain days. So once I understood, it was less frustrating.

  Like to change my review. I had my daughter's blood drawn 11 days ago. I have contacted them over and over again and been told that sometimes it takes a while because they only ship on certain dates and they only test on certain dates. I told them that in the notes the lab said that they got a purple top tube with no lab tests connected to it and a blue top tube with no lab test connected to it. I was told not to worry that it just hasn't been long enough. And I waited and waited and waited and waited. In the meantime I had my blood drawn and got all of my results within 4 days. And I was still waiting on her results. I asked over and over and over again and people just kept telling me to keep waiting. I now have a doctor's appointment for my daughter on the 15th and the CBC is incredibly important. And suddenly today I get told that they couldn't do the labs. This purple top had sat there too long before they finally found out they were supposed to do a CBC with it and now the blood can't be run because it's too long. And I'm supposed to wait until all of the tests are verified that they are done before I can go back in and get the CBC run? She said I have to wait until everything comes back and then it says finalized and then they'll be an orange button and I can press the orange button and then I will get an order to go in and get this CBC done. But I have no clue when that's going to be. It's now 12 days because it's the end of the day and I can't get any blood drawn today. This is ridiculous. I don't want my other review up. They get two stars and I am done.

  It was too easy. Didn't get discount at time of purchase, no problem, I contacted customer service and they quickly credited me the 20%.... Had results by the next day. Definitely using thei services again.

  I've been using the service for about a year. The website is top-notch, very easy to navigate. I used the chat while ordering tests and had a great experience with a knowledgeable agent.   I ordered a Covid Antibody test and it came back negative. I think there was a good chance that these results were not accurate. On the 26th of December, I came down with Covid. Six of us were previously exposed to a Nurse Practitioner who definitely had Covid (She tested positive). We all came down with the same Covid symptoms. Exactly the same symptoms for each of us at the same time. This was further verified when two of the six actually actually got tested & were positive for Covid, We likely had the Omicron version as we all recovered in 10 days to two weeks. I waited till the 18th of January to get the SARS COV 2 AB (IGG) SPIKE, SEMI QN test as I was told that results for Covid Antibodies will not always show up if you get tested immediately after Covid runs it's course. I know this might be a little unfair, because there are many factors to consider when getting a test like this, but my confidence in this particular test is pretty low. I love Ultra Lab testing, and I will continue to be a regular customer. It is a great service.

In reading your review and commentary, it appears that you may have been one of the 6 who did not have a Sars Covid 2 test performed for actual verification of infection, and may have gone off the results of a member of your group, waited a period of time for the antibodies to develop to see if you had been infected with the Sars Covid 2 virus or not, please forgive me if I am incorrect.. This is not a bad thought process, but it may not be the best way to determine if you actually had been infected by the Sars Covid 2 virus. According to the information provided from the lab test manufacturer regarding the Sars Covid 2 Antibody test you had performed. A test result that is less than 1.00 (Negative) means that antibodies were not detected in the blood sample by the test. This could mean that the individual has not been previously infected with SARS-CoV-2. The clinical significance of a negative antibody result for individuals that have received a COVID-19 vaccine is unknown. The performance of the test has not been established in COVID-19 vaccines. False negative results for the test may occur if the individual's antibodies have not reached a sufficient level for the test to be able to detect them. Antibodies can take up to two to three weeks (sometimes longer) to develop after someone is infected. How long antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 last after infection is not known. This test should not be used to diagnose an active SARS-CoV-2 infection. If an active infection is suspected, direct molecular or antigen testing for SARS-CoV-2 is recommended.   Great way to order labs! I loved getting notifications when results would come in, not having to wait for the entire lab work to com in. Having to go to Wuest was the only pain, not easy to schedule appointments with them but that is Quest and not Ulta.
