The site was very easy to use. Easy to find the tests I needed and very inexpensive - much cheaper than the hospital lab - for example a PSA screen with cash pay discount at the hospital was $219 - ultralabtest.com $27. A urine test at the hospital $286 - ultra lab test $23. I will use ultralabtest.com from now on!

I had a great experience! I will definitely be using Ulta again. The prices were far less than my doctors office, much more convenient to order myself, and easily accessible on their website. The quest lab I used was a good experience as well. A couple of the tests did take longer to receive results than other offices, but I had most within 2-3 days.

I love ultalabtests.com! I've been using them for years since I don't have health insurance and I'm private pay. The last quote I got from the hospital lab to do the labs I needed at the time was over $1400.00! Ultalabtests.com was able to help me get the same labs for around $300.00. I'm a private pay patient and really appreciate how cost effective and easy it is to get quality lab work done through Ulta Lab Tests. I paid $169 for annual tests that would have run around $700 if I had done them through the physicians office, and they were processed at the same Quest lab my physician uses.

I am very impressed with this service. I love that you do not have to have an MD order. My initial cost for all of my lab work from a different company was $624. I had all the same tests run and it was $164. To top it off.... a bunch of my results came the next day and the rest were available the day after. I love that they send an email when a test is ready to be viewed. VERY USER FRIENDLY !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First time using Ulta Lab. So glad I came across them. I don’t have insurance. They were by far, much lower priced than any other I could find. Being my first time, I had a couple of questions ordering my tests online. Immediately through their chat line, my questions and any apprehension I had were gone. When mentioning at the lab where I had my blood drawn about using Ulta Lab, the gal said they always recommend them as they have the best prices. They were easy to set up an account, check prices, quickly answered questions, and a very user friendly platform. Will definitely recommend and use again. Oh, one more suggestion, ask or check for promo codes. The chat person gave me two different ones to compare. So appreciated!

I wish more people knew about Ulta Lab Tests. It is SO unbelievably convenient to just order your tests and if something is abnormal, you can always bring it to your doctors attention. This is great for those that have high deductibles with their insurance or simply don't have coverage because probably 99.9% of these tests are significantly cheaper than going through your nearest laboratory. I am so glad I found Ulta Lab Tests and really hope others begin to utilize their services too... seriously a great company.

Everything is good.The only thing I don’t like is that some results are coming too late. Because of that the results are relatively not valid any more. Especially for hormonal thery where we try to dial up so many different hormones. Getting the results in almost a week doesn’t work in this case . We need the results faster than that so we know should we change the protocol change the dosage add medication, etc.But I don’t think that depends on Ultalabs so I am still giving 5 stars

I was referred to Ulta Lab Tests by my local blood lab patient service center who has been fulfilling my doctor lab requests. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of their website as well as the results explanation! I also have been inquiring about my type of blood for years…knowing I had some form of O, with some recent developments, it’s important for me to know exactly what type. We see that you placed an order with us on 3/15/2022 @ 11:36am MST , had the specimen collected at our partner patient service center a couple of hours later, and received the results by 10:08am MST am the very next morning 3/16/2022, less than 24hrs after initially visiting our website. Is it possible that you may have confused Ulta Lab Tests with another company you have used in the past for your lab tests? Thank you for choosing Ulta Lab Tests.
