Easy to check in and get the test done in a timely manner. Employee asked me to put on a mask. I wore it, but why when it's not mandated or recommended any more. It's a choice and Ulta Labs should let it be so for each customer. Seems a little out-dated and behind on recent evidence.

I am 66 years old and have experienced some extremely bad techs drawing blood samples, but Debbie was one of the best ever. I walked in early and was out in less than 10 minutes. She was very quick and painless. The only problem is that Ulta has a stupid mask policy. They need to wake up and read the science that masks don't stop covid and inreality cause many respiratory problems.

I don’t have the words to express how happy and pleased I am with ultalabtests. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that I can order any lab test I want without being under the mercy of my doctor. I like feeling in control of my own health and doing blood work without having to plead with my doctor to check on certain labs that I am concerned about. All you do is order any lab test you want and print out a requisition form that they provide on your account to take to your local lab. I thought it was too good to be true, but that’s literally all you do!! Not only that, but their prices are very good and reasonable. This is my second time ordering several lab tests and I will continue to do so. Also, I want to mention that their customer service is EXTREMELY professional and helpful! If you need help with anything they have a chat available and if you message them outside of business hours they respond very fast via email!! Truly an outstanding website! Thank you ultalabtests for giving me the right to know what’s going on with my health and thank you for making everything so straightforward and simple! A million thanks!!! 😊☺️🤗

I was skeptical about ordering because I had never heard of this, but SO glad I did. I love how they have discounts on the lab tests so it’s not as expensive. I got a lot of labs tested for around $100, when 1 test I get through my regular doctor is $100, so I saved myself a lot of money. I love how you can pick the location you get your blood drawn at, the lady that did mine was super nice. I was easily able to see my results as they started coming in since some take longer than others, but the time frame that it says results will be reported is correct. Very happy and will definitely use again when needed!!

I went to a lab for tests that were outside of my insurance and were told they would be over $500. Someone at the lab was nice enough to tell me about Ulta Lab Tests.. I went back to my office and ordered the same tests from the same lab for a total of $93. Got the results within a day. I highly recommend Ulta Lab Tests.

First if all I had a long list of tests that I needed that were self-pay. By ordering from UltaLabTests, I only had to pay1/4 of the price that originally had been quoted to me to me by the lab! I had a question when first trying to order my tests, on the ultalab web site, and got a quick response by email that was very helpful. Later I was not able to find the results for my last test. I tried the chat feature and I was quickly connected to someone who helped me and got me all taken care of with a free redraw. After I did that, which was no trouble, went very smoothly, then I couldn't fine those results, used the chat feature again and was all taken care of in a very few minutes. Excellent customer service and great savings on lab tests!

Love the website. This is the only place I use to get my labs done. They are the cheapest and always have nice discounts. Very easy to look for what I need and to order. Nice test descriptions. I don't have insurance so this is the place to be for me.
